Great bang for the buck

Quiet operation. You barely notice it compared to the old top loaders. I also see the difference in the amount of water used compared to our old washer.

Almost perfect

This is my first front loading washer. I almost bought the matching dryer, but decided to wait until after I made sure I liked the samsung washer. Clothes come out smelling clean and fresh IF you get them out soon after it is finished. In my experience I wouldn't leave them in their longer then 2 or 3 hours or else they do start to smell and you are stuck rewashing them again. Really wanted to purchase another agitator style machine but there really aren't any good ones on the market anymore. After lots of research, found this machine to be the best value for the money. Much Better than the Top Loader

We first bought the Samsung Top Loader because it was just so large and could hold SOOOO many clothes. However, the stupid thing left LINT on every single piece of clothing. We're not talking just a little lint here and there - but totally covered in lint. Not acceptable. Went back to Lowes, told them our dislike and they took it back and replaced it with this one. Best washer

I just moved into a new home and on the recommendation of the salesman I made the mistake and bought a top loader. I can't begin to tell you how much I hated it. I called Loses and to my surprise they took back my new washer and dryer. I then purchased this washer with matching dryer. I am so happy with them and the service from Lowes. I would recommend to anyone looking.

Great washer greater price!

I bought this washer as a floor model for 20% off so it cost me roughly 540.00. I did a bad thing and started a wash without removing the shipping bolts. It vibrated violently when spinning. In my defense the washer didn't come with any instructions. (you get what you pay for I suppose) Anyway after downloading the pdf of the instructions I figured out what I was doing wrong. All is right in the world now. It works great!

First Front Loader

This washer is great! Clothes feel really clean and smell wonderful after they are washed. Virtually dry after a high spin cycle. Samsung puts out a quality product as far as this washer goes. The only problem we have had is a very tiny nick in the door seal and it leaks maybe and 1/8th of a cup of water per load.

Clean & Well Spun Clothes Are The Order Of The Day. I also love the initiation of the spin cycle. I am most pleased with my purchase.

No Pause to add

I like the way it cleans and the different options. I also would like to see a pause button to be able to add clothes to the wash after it has started up.

Very Disappointed With Performance

This washer does not remove detergent on a regular wash cycle. In order to get the detergent out of the cloths, you have to run an an additional rinse with each wash. This increases the wash time (from 40 miinutes for "Normal" to an hour and 11 minutes) and wastes water. So much for the "Energy Star" rating! We use nothing but the recommended detergent and add only what the manufacturer recommends for the size of each load.

Reasonably priced, quiet, beautifully stacked with my matching dryer. I love this washer. It works great. So easy to use. Huge capacity for a relatively small size. Makes cute sounds when the cycle is over. Overall great value, I have no idea why anyone would spend more money when this is such a nice appliance.

Great Quiet Washer!

This washer has been fantastic to use. Compared to every other washing machine I have used this is by far the quietest unit I have ever owned! It is not because of a lack of power either. Towels, sheets, comforters or jeans, they all come out very dry. Quick mode still cleans very well too. Been extremely happy with this washer.

Very pleased a year and a half later

We purchased this washer with the matching dryer in Nov. of 2010. We were using a top loading old washer and a dryer that would not dry any clothes unless you had them in there for 2.5 hours! This was obviously an improvement! This washer works great and we have had absolutely no problems with it, even though my husband put detergent right in the drum the one time he washed clothes!
