I like my washer!! Love saving on water and uses alot less soap than a standard washer!! The only thing I dont like is it wont spin a king or queen comforter.

I bought this washer and matching dryer based on all the great reviews. The dryer worked well but the washer, which came with a small dent, began having error codes. I called Samsung and they thought it was a balancing issue. So Lowes sent a new one without a dent. This didn't work for me either, and I had to wash loads 3 times before the cycle completed. So far I love this product! Highly recommend it! For most, buying a washer is a rarity so why not have a great experience. We read other's reviews on washers that were in our price range and fit our needs...this one was it and we are surprisingly completely satisfied!

Great product, great value

Did our research when we set out to buy a new washer and dryer. We wanted a front loader and energy effefient washer product at a good price. We've had the Samsung washer and dryer for 3 months and love them! Our clothes have never been cleaner and even love the music that plays at the end of the cycles (our grandaughter does a special little dance for us when she hears the tune).

Mildew smell is real bad, other then that no problems.

Have owned our Samsung washer for less than 2 years and the product is failing. Having power and circuit board issues.

Do NOT buy this machine IF you plan on stacking it with the dryer in a house built on a crawl space! My house is new and built by the top area builder. The washer vibrated so much that I ended up having to dry my clothes wet. It moved so much that it pulled the hose out of the wall. nice washer/dryer

love the finish tones and that is sings to you and does not buzz at you. The load sizes are wonderful in both and we are able to do more laundry in less time.

Very Pleased

Purchased to replace my old washer that "died" in the middle of doing a load. Was simple to install, my husband and I were able to lift it on to the pedestal easily. Features are wonderful, noise level next to nothing, and it uses 1/2 the water my old one did. I would definitely recommend this washer to others.

We purchased the Samsung washer and dryer together, replacing an older HE pair that gave us trouble from the moment they were installed. Time will Tell

I bought this unit along with the dryer...Dryer is Fantastic. Washer....still open for debate. The unit about beats itself to death during the spin cycle when it gets into the fast spin. It appears to be hitting the front door of the unit. Lowes came out and checked the unit to make sure it was balanced. According to the level...it is; therefore, there is something wrong with unit. Gets stains out and works great.

I was worried that using low amounts of water would not work well,but even on the 30 min quick wash stains came out using shout. My dog didn't even recognize my scent and attacked me, but this washer got the blood stains out, so I'm very satisfied with the washer.

Excellent washer, quiet, simple to use

I'm very happy with my new Samsung 210 washer. It does an excellent job of getting my clothes clean which it's primary function, however, it does it quietly and simply so I don't have to spend a lot of time and effort getting this task done. The only problem I have is with the debris filter. The debris filter needs to be better designed, so water doesn't end up all over the floor whenever I clean it. I love my new Samsung Washer and Dryer

My new Samsung washer and dryer set are wonderful, after having a Maytag set for 10 years and a service man out every other month since we bought it, I said bye bye to Maytag, Hello Samsung! The little bonus of a little tune that plays when I use it, just flat out cool! :)

Great product and value

We have had this washer and dryer set for about six months now and LOVE it. We have 3 young children and this does a great job on all kinds of stains. It has a very large capacity. The "heavy" wash cycle does take almost an hour and a half but if that is what it takes to get clean clothes it is well worth it. Plus it plays a cool little tune when the load is done washing/drying.

Don't waste your time with Whirlpool...

I purchased a Whirlpool front loader 3 months ago and it was ripping our clothing. After dealing with Whirlpool's customer service and repair department for months and the machine still ripping our clothing we purchased the Samsung. This washer is amazing! I love the fact that it has a cycle that only takes 27 minutes and our clothing comes out clean and rip-free! The washer is extremely quiet (direct drive) and sits higher off the ground then the whirlpool. Fantastic buy!
