Disappointment

The reviews on this front load were great, no one mentioned that it takes an hour to do one load of laundry. The clothes are clean but not worth the extra time added to my laundry day with double the time of my previous toploader. It also added time at the last minute, the display reads 5 minutes, you come back and now it says it needs another 9 minutes. Very frustrated, would return it if I could.

I LOVE MY WASHER & DRYER

This is my first review I have ever written for a product because I love my washer and dryer that much! I have owned it for almost two months now and love to do laundry even after the initial romance! LOL I loved it even more today when I opened my water bill and it was literally cut in half. CLOTHES SMELL HORRIBLE!

I have never left a negative review on a product, but I would like to warn other buyers considering this machine. I read all the reviews on this one and decided that it had the least amount of negative reviews compared to other front loaders - so I decided to take a chance because Lowe's had an amazing sale. Quiet, great price

I have had this washing machine for over one week and love it. The only con is it is a bit difficult to use at first, but other then that, it is perfect. This is the best washer I ever owned. It is so quiet I can keep the laundry room door open while in use and barely hear it running. It uses a lot less water and should help my overall monthly water bill. Plus because it is a tier I energy efficiency, it qualified for a $95 rebate from Southwest Gas.

We bought our Samsung front load washer in May 2011. This is our first front load. Clothes are cleaner than in the old top load washer we had. The only thing we didn't like was where the filter is on the washer. We would recommend this product.

I've had this washer/dryer set for about a week and I've been using it quite a bit. I have it in a first floor closet so I was concerned about vibration - but it's really not been an issue at all. Great Washer

This is my second Samsung front loading washer. The first one we owned we had in Europe. Now that we live in the States again we wanted another Samsung. I have had 5 front loading washers due to moving around Europe. I would have to say I loved the Samsung the best. The ease of controls and washing is wonderful. Not happy about the smell in washer

I have owned this washer for over a year and cannot get rid of the musty, mildew smell in my washer. I have cleaned every filter and ran all kinds of cleaner made for front loader washers and nothing has helped.

Happy little robots

A wonderful, efficient washer that seems more like a robot and less like a "machine". It's solidly built and doesn't feel flimsy or cheap like lower model ranges. The interface/control panel is simple and easy to understand, and the selection of wash options is plentiful for most average families. I love that it makes my clothes perfectly clean and it uses a LOT less water than my old units, and I love that they sing me a happy little song when they're finished!

Very good but not excellent

I have waited years to get a front loader and my top load finally died! After reading endless reviews and talking to people we decided to get the Samsung and overall I am pleased but there are a couple things that I am not thrilled with. Tough washer

All the options you would need. Any more would just be adult candy. Quiet solid performance and nice control design. Easy to use and inexpensive in comparison. Dollar for dollar samsung 210 can't be beat. Jim

read reviews from all the sites before i bought this, biggest complaint was it does not clean clothes. i work as a machinist and come home with metal chips,metal dust and oil on my clothes and so far everything comes as clean as my last washer I had that only lasted three years before it quit. am quite happy with this purchase as it does work as described and uses less energy and water as previous one which was a front loader as well
