The delivery was smooth and fast and the lady very nice giving me the information from customer service to let the machine stand for a few hours before plugging in. No worries. So LOUD
Would Not RecommendI hate this thing. My old primo did not rattle and buzz this loudly. I’ve had this one for a year and it drives me insane everyday. I’ve tried adjusting how the jug is positioned inside and it doesn’t matter - it’s still loud. It cools and dispenses just fine.

Would RecommendI like that this product is a bottom loader for the water. We used to have a top loader (where you have to turn the bottle upside down) which I felt collected a lot of bacteria in the opening for the bottle. This is more sanitary in loading and replacing.
