Loud

This model is very loud and seems louder by the day. The water is rarely cold that comes out.

Quit working

Our dispenser stopped cooling water in less than 8 months of purchase. Very disappointing experience.

Should have been with us for years

In the week we have had the Primo water dispenser, it's been well used and useful. The one "complaint" is that the hot water is only hot enough for tea, but not quite enough heat for coffee. The cold water is fine. Refills of reverse osmosis are available at our nearby grocery store, though Primo offers to deliver at a much higher cost than our neighboring store. The dispenser is beautiful, concise, functional and affordable.

less then expected

Seems like it is cheaply made. There is no light for you to see how much your filling cups at night. a standard size yedi does not fit under the filling spicket . Overall i was disappointed in this water cooler.

Better model

I had the prior model and this model seems to be better. Press buttons on the top are easier and less spillage.

I brought 3 and will install them in a month.

Purchased about a month ago for use in our small office. It was very easy to set up, I had no problems at all. The compressor does run a little loud, but nothing too bad. Water comes out nice and cold, easy to replace water jugs as well.
