You get what you pay for
Would RecommendBasic "bottom feeding" cold & hot dispensing water cooler. One drawback is that the space for your glass isn't quite deep enough to accommodate a tall thermos while filling.

I went to try purchase this and says free water5 gallon at check out cashier and the manager at Puente hills didn’t wants give me the deal he says I cannot do it at the store I have to go to self promo water store and I said well it’s Lowe’s.con that’s giving the promotion and guy over phone I spoke to before I drove here also agreed . He said No I know what I mean I’ve dealt with this before . I said well it’s on your website your store promoting it . So I left!!!!

Great product it was a quick and easy install, instructions are clear. Compatible with Poland Spring five gallon. I will say the tray isn’t as sturdy as i’d like for it to be, it’s fallen a couple times off but overall great.

No more plastic water bottles.
I love these things. I’ve had a couple Primo dispensers in lives past. This particular one, though I love the black over the stainless, doesn’t feel quite as nice because of the large push buttons and the shorter distance under the nozzles, which leaves me holding my water bottle a little awkward to fill it, but I do love that it’s instant hot or cold purified water.
