Would Not RecommendThis is my second Primo water cooler after the first one died. My first cooler was loud, and stopped cooling water after about 8 months of use. I returned it for a replacement and the new one is very quiet and looks nice. I wish it had a small light by the dispenser and that it didn't have the primo brand logo in front. A non-primo brand bottom feed cooler is 2-3x's the price, so it is what it is. I bought this at the local lowes so if this one dies like the first one did, I can easily return i...

Would RecommendWe love the convenience of the bottom load feature. The motorized pump operates with little to no noise and fills the hot and cold tanks very quickly. The cold water is very cold and the hot water is perfect for making tea or instant cocoa or coffee.

Would RecommendThe cooler has almost no installation just plug it in and your ready. putting the water bottle in is very convenient and no high lifting to place the water on top. The new float added to the water drop tray is a great idea and makes it easy to tell when there is water buildup in the tray.
