Newair Countertop Ice Maker Ai-100ss
Would RecommendWe use the ice maker to supplement our refrigerator ice maker. We like the speed at which the unit produces ice, it began working almost immediately after plugging the unit ion. We like the lights on the front as it makes it easy to see when water should be added or the unit is full. We had a service call and were happy that the reply came so quickly. Overall great experience.

Best countertop unit I have ever owned.
Would RecommendThis unit provided super results for our use. Little hard to clean, but otherwise everyone should have one of these units in their home.

Good customer service and prompt response
Would RecommendI have been using this product for a year, and this has been a great product. The kids love to use this machine to get ice for their favorite drinks. Unfortunately, the product malfunctions, but the customer support is very timely and replies within 1 day to support us. We will be hopefully getting a replacement soon for the summer.

I would definitely buy this again
Would RecommendI bought this for my husband's man cave and he LOVE's it! It makes beautiful ice cubes quickly. I am going to buy another one for my kitchen for everyday use! I take it with me when I travel so I dont have to go looking for an ice machine at the hotels!

Happy with product and service from Newair
Would RecommendHad my icemaker for nearly a year, and had a small issue with one of the parts. I contacted the warranty team and they were able to replace my unit without an issue. They were great to work with and the process was very easy. As for the unit, it's definitely recommended. Holds a lot of ice, fills the bin within an hour usually, and doesn't take up much space.

Would RecommendI originally bought this ice maker for my bar; however, ended up using it for everyday uses as well. It was reliable and I always had ice when I needed it. It was especially nice to have it downstairs in my home to use for entertaining and having ice available for mixed drinks. I would definitely buy one again. NewAir AI-100BK - Warranty Experience
Would RecommendPurchased the unit last summer 2021 and it worked great up to about 2 months ago. It seems to work fine most of the time during the night but during the day, it doesn't. Strange for sure but who knows, perhaps because the home (therefore unit) is colder at night. I haven't done a warranty claim for anything in years so I was not looking forward to the experience but I will say that NewAir has been great with response and offered opportunity with a no harassment replacement.

This product makes ice fast. Easy to use and lightweight. It doesn't make loud noises while making the ice and it holds more than enough ice for any small occasion. Great buy

Easy to Use and Convenient Ice Maker
Would RecommendI have purchased three of these ice makers for our two salons and also at home and they work great. Easy to setup and use. Had the water pump go out on one of them and support team was very easy to work with to get my issue resolved.

Would RecommendUse this product everyday and I love it. Cooling tubes did go out but I filed a warranty exchange and Charlie helped me out with no problem! Just pour the ice in, and you'll have a bucket filled with ice in about a hour!

Would RecommendI love having ice all the time without using ice tray. Just fill up with water (I use pure water) and ready to go about 5 mins later. How sweet is that.....especially during the summer time. Great buy for a great product.
