Excellent ice maker and customer service
Would RecommendWe have been so pleased with our countertop icemaker my husband says that it is the best gift he's gotten in a very long time. Recently it stopped functioning properly and within hours I received a response from new air stating that they would replace it because it was under warranty. I'm so pleased with the customer service that I received.

Would RecommendWe've had ours a little under a year and loved it. Used it almost daily, especially during the summer. Unfortunately, recently it suddenly stopped making ice, no longer working. Contacted Newair Customer Service since it is still under the manufacturer's warranty. Anthony has been incredibly helpful. The process so far has been quick and easy. Great Customer Support
Would RecommendI had an issue with my ice maker and reached out to customer service. Anthony was super nice to deal with. He walked me through several steps to fix my issue. When that didn't work he promptly escalated my issue and promised a quick response, which I received. The company has offered to replace my machine with a new one. I would recommend this ice maker and company to anyone.

An incredible machine!!!
Would RecommendI use my Newair ice maker all the time. I love it when we host our friends at our RV campground. We never run out of ice. Other campers are so impressed, they end up getting one themselves. Wouldn't leave home without it. We use it at our home as well!!

Best Addition to my new home!
Would RecommendI bought this as the first new appliance for my kitchen when I purchased my condo. I host a lot of game nights with friends and this definitely keeps up with the cocktail need demands- so much that several friends have purchased one as well. It isn't as noisy as the machine I had prior to this and makes ice super quick. Good sized well means I don't have to fill it every day and the basket holds a large amount at a time.

I would like to buy this ice maker again
Would RecommendI would like lo let everyone that reads this review this ice maker great especially if you have a party you will always have ice on hand this was a great item at Christmas time when I had family over for dinner. I would recommend this if you have a big family for that Holydays

I would buy this again and again
Would RecommendI bought this ice maker in January 2022 and I've got to say that I really love this product so much. I am a person who suffers from anemia so that means I eat ice constantly, and this ice maker makes the perfect chewy ice that I just love. The 3 different sizes of ice is a plus although the small size is perfect and just the right chewiness for me. I would definitely by again or a upgraded bigger one be that holds more ice. Keeps up with my family of 7!
Would RecommendThis machine has done an excellent job of keeping up with my large family. Everyone here loves ice in their drinks year round and buying bag after bag of ice grew old (and expensive). Having ice always available has been amazing. I refill each morning for a constant supply. When expecting a crowd, I bag it up a few days in advance. Very pleased.
