Great Product. Functions flawlessly.

Early in 2020, the ice maker attached to the refrigerator that came with in our apartment was barely functioning. We ordered our own refrigerator but had to wait quite a number of months for delivery due to the shipping problems associated with the pandemic. I would definitely buy this product again

Our ice maker has saved us so much time and money. It is a good investment for anyone that uses a good amount of ice. It has saved us countless trips to the store and gas money for those trips. The ice tastes great and we love the round shaped ice!

Good product, better customer service

We have had our ice maker for about a year. It stopped working and I reached out to customer service to assist with troubleshooting. A part had broken and although just out of warranty, they covered it. Part is on backorder. But will get shipped out soon. Outstanding customer service

Product is good but stopped working

The product worked well for about seven months and then it stopped making ice. Since I was still under the one year warranty I got quick service from the company and they are replacing it very quickly. I appreciated the promptness

I would buy this product again

I don't have enough counter space so I put the ice machine on a plant dolly. I can slide it in and out of the panty as needed. I use a lot of ice cubes and it is so nice not to fill ice cube trays every couple of days. I turn the machine on and walk away. I love it. It doesn't make a lot of noise, however, if I forget it's on I start wondering what the noise is when the ice cubes drop into the plastic tray.

I have had mine for 6 years and am very happy with it. I carry it in my RV and like how fast I get the first batch of cubes, never timed it but I am guessing about 5 minutes. Each batch of large cubes is good for a glass of soda or two bourbons! Most days the bin is always full. When left in the direct sun on really hot days, the cubes melt fairly quick. When I see this, I usually transfer the cubes to a solo cup and put them in the freezer.

I would buy this product over and over again

I use this ice machine for my daily ice needs. I am addicted to ice and this product keeps up with my needs. It is super convenient and easy to use. I am not technically savvy but using this machine is super easy to navigate.

Great purchase

The ice machine gave an everyday use worth wild! It's a great size to fit anywhere in your kitchen. The ice machine created variety of ice sizes and it's easy to clean and reuse.the new air product can be more detailed.

Solid Ice-Maker!

Worked well for several months before a cracked formed in the reservoir tray; Support immediately honored the warranty and waived shipping costs as a courtesy! Simple fix, back to chugging right along!

Very easy to use

I was given this product as a gift from my daughters. It was very easy to use and the ability to choose the different sized ice cubes was great. The machine can be a little loud when it is making the ice, but nothing that would keep me from recommending or purchasing it again.

I would but it only lasted 6 1/2 months.

We used this machine for personal home use. It made it made ice quickly and I liked the sizes you could make. The machine got a rust part after a few months of use and it stopped working after 6 1/2 months. Customer service was great to help resolve the issue.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never liked half moon shaped ice. I live on a lake and use lots of ice during the summer months. I found this nifty ice maker when researching counter top ice makers. I love the bullet shape! The unit is quiet and fits perfectly on my counter! A little less than a year after I bought it, it gave me some problems. I called NewAir. I got Liz in customer service. When we got the ice maker I was so excited. My family goes through ice very quickly. We set it on our counter and we couldn't be happier. The ice makes quickly and constantly. We never run out of ice. It's great.

Love this Ice Maker

The ice maker is very convenient and makes ice quickly. We are very happy with this product. We did have an issue with our machine, but the company was very easy to work with to fix the problem.

Stopped working

Did not even have it over a month and it stopped working and even a couple months later we have not even received verification that a new replacement unit has been shipped, they need the cord cut and pictures of the old machine before they can send a new one or they would want me to send the old NOT WORKING one in and I have to pay for shipping.

Great countertop ice machine

This ideal for me constantly making ice for my water. I use it everyday and I never run out of ice. I can't live without the use of my new air countertop ice maker.
