Would RecommendI really like this ice maker. There's almost always fresh ice I use to fill up my water bottle. After a few months, it started getting a bad smell so I cleaned it with a vinegar solution. It seems like you might need to clean more often than that so I would start cleaning about 2x a month to prevent bad smell/taste. The customer service at new air was super helpful and prompt.

Love this Little Machine
Would RecommendFirst, I would like to start this review with some positive feedback. The machine makes three different types of Ice; small, medium, and large. Honestly, the only setting I like is the large because the other sides seem too small. The Ice Makes makes Ice very quickly so that is always a plus just ensure you wash it really well first time use and discard the first batch of ice it smells like plastic. I would buy this product again.
Would RecommendI recently received this product for Christmas and I've used it in my RV and camper. Everything works great, makes perfect ice quick and consistently. I had one minor issue with the product, reached out to customer service and they were great in helping get the issue resolved.

Would RecommendI have lived this icemaker. It easily keeps up with our busy family of 5. It makes ice quickly and I love being able to select the size of the cubes. The costumer service has also been great. Quick, direct replies. Good warranty.

Makes Fast Ice Cubes, Great Customer Service
Would RecommendThe ice machine makes cubes fast. We almost always have a basket full of ice at the ready, unless my bf fills up his drink bucket. The machine started malfunctioning after 9 months of daily use but a quick call to Customer Service solved the issue. Fern was extremely courteous and helpful. Would RecommendI wasn't ready to upgrade my refrigerator yet, so I decided to our hase an ice maker, it was the best decision ever! I love that I have ice always available for trips to the beach or a great tailgating party!

Love this machine.
Would RecommendI love this machine and would definitely buy this again. I have even bought a few of them for my friends, as gifts. Very portable - I take it on vacation with me. But, I especially love Newair's customer service. They are very responsive. My unit stopped working and could not be fixed and they are sending me a replacement. Very pleased with my overall experience.

Good ice make
The machine makes a batch of ice within 15 minutes, it will continue to make ice until the resovour is full. Machine does not keep ice frozen, bottom ice will melt and the water will recirculate to make more ice. Easy to use and to clean.

Would RecommendThe ice maker works great and makes ice rapidly. Well worth the investment. The ice maker was the 3rd purchase from Newair, I previously bought a wine cooler and a Beverage cooler for under the bar counter.

Would RecommendCompact design fits right on my counter! Ice gets made super fast and the unit is quiet. The ice try always stays topped of which makes it perfect for parties. The select a size ice cube options have made it easy to make the ice fit in any water bottle!
