I love how this product makes my ice perfect!
Would RecommendI love this icemaker! It has so much room to create more ice in three different sizes. It's perfect for all of my hangouts we always have at my house and I am excited to put it eventually in my gameroom bar. I did have an issue with the product, but customer service was prompt to help and get me out a new maker, without any cost to me. Thanks Newair for your awesome ice maker and your awesome customer service!

Great Customer Service
Would RecommendWe loved our portable ice maker (NewAir - 12" 28-lb Portable Ice Maker - 3 Ice Sizes - Red). However, last year the motor stopped working. I contacted NewAir and they immediately sent me a replacement part along with detailed instructions on how to install it. Unfortunately, I was unable to repair the unit. So - they replaced it. They have great customer service.

NewAir Ice Maker
The NewAir Ice Machine makes ice quickly and is very simple to set up and use! It is great product, and I am glad that I ended up making the purchase. We have made a ton of use out of the item. The ice maker does not need much ice and it only needs refilled every few days. Making it a very quick process. I am very happy with the item and would make the purchase again

I would buy this for every room!
Would RecommendI use mine at work due to the floor I'm on and liking ice in all my drinks. It makes ice in a very short amount of time and is extremely quiet. I love it!

Great Countertop Ice Maker
Would RecommendI love ice and my refrigerator ice dispenser never has enough so I purchased the Newair Countertop Ice Maker and now I always have as much ice as i want. It is super easy to setup and doesn;t take up a lot of space. It also has 3 different size options for the ice cubes. Would definitely purchase again.

Nice product; Disappointing warranty
Would RecommendLove this unit- works great-It is a must have in our house now. Contacted CS as unit stopped working; sending me a new pump to install myself when I'm not sure this is even the problem. Disappointed

My NewAir Ice Maker Saves Me Money!
Would RecommendI make homemade ice cream quite often, and that takes 20 pounds of ice and costs about $6 in our inflated economy. So, I use my NewAir countertop ice make to cut the cost of making my favorite dessert. This ice maker has been in service for 9 years. What more can I say? I'd but it again.

Would RecommendThe machine works well and produces ice quickly. May be better used not around the clock like we use ours. Good product for the money.
