I would buy this product again!

Great product! It makes lots of ice really quickly too. As long as you keep adding water, it will keep making ice all throughout the party. We never ran out. We actually lost the little drain plug and when we contacted customer support, they were very friendly and Newair quickly solved our problem. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a tabletop ice maker.

I would definitely recommend this product

Purchased this product a year ago. It has been used everyday for the past year. The pellet type ice is pretty much addicting. It is used in the house and at the outside bar for drinks. We even take it with us on beach vacations. The ice maker works relatively fast. Definitely a well made product by a reputable company.

I love this Ice Maker. It is fast and easy to use. The ice is great shape for my water bottles that I use all the time,I don't have to crush the ice. The fact that it is quite is a great plus.

Fantastic product -Never again without clean, fresh ice.

I love the ice and so fresh with our own water. Now I finally drink water all day and use Bubba (drinking container) which keeps the ice in the container until the following day - the only way to drink water. I could not live without this continuous ice! It changed my habit of not drinking water to getting up in the morning and filling up my drinking container for the day! Looks great and has many colors to choose from, 3 sizes of ice and almost instantly you have your ice.

Great counter top ice maker

We use the ice maker in our camper since there is no option for one in the fridge. It makes the hot summer nice having ice in our drinks. We did have a pump issue, but the company is taking care of it. Looking forward to it getting us through next summer.

Makes Florida weather more tolerable.

Living in Florida is Hot! I need lots of ice and running out for it all the time gets old quick. This countertop ice maker has saved many trips to the store and the whole family depends on it now. It's also easy to use and clean.

No more freezer ice trays!!

We have become very spoiled by having this ice machine. We run it about once a week and store up on ice for the rest of the week. We had an issue with the unit and customer service was outstanding. I've recommended this ice machine to several people.

I would buy this product again

The ice maker was a Christmas gift and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. We love the different sizes of the cubes as well as the shape of the cubes. While we have an ice maker in our refrigerator, we like this ice better as do our guests. It is also helpful to have the extra ice when we have people over.

Good product / great customer service!

We used this ice maker daily for the last 8 months with no issues. Then all of a sudden it stopped making ice. After a few quick emails with customer service about the issue we are getting a replacement! They are so easy to work with. Would definitely buy again!

We love our countertop ice maker. We could not connect the ice maker in our refrigerator and bought this ice maker to have ice handy when we needed it. It makes ice quickly and having different sizes to choose from is great too. Also, the fact that it is portable we were able to bring it to functions that we needed ice for as well. They make great gifts too. We love our ice machine!

This ice maker is Compac, efficient and simply wonderful. It features several ice sizes to choose from and the flow is constant. It's amazing and great value for the price.

Fantastic Customer Service

I received the Newair ice maker and went through the setup and cleaning process. The drain on the new unit did not work so I contacted CS right away. I purchased this unit because of the many 5 Star reviews that I read and found that Customer Service was just as stated. I was assisted right away and received the replacement unit before I could get the return unit labeled and shipped. Fantastic CS Newair. I have the new unit and all is working well, I am very pleased and would recommend Newair.

Efficient ice maker

This icemaker has made my life so much easier! No more fussy trays as it makes all of the ice I could need and I use an excessive amount of ice in a day. Would recommend to all of my friends.

I loved it

I absolutely loved this ice machine. I literally used it everyday so when it stopped working I was devastated. But when I contacted customer service they were very helpful to make sure my item was replaced and that I was taken care of. A1 customer service. I should have me replacement in a week or so. I'm a satisfied customer.

I love this ice maker.

I purchased this product in June of 2021. I absolutely love it. It quit freezing ice. I reached out to customer support and they took care of my ice maker immediately. I am very pleased with this product and the customer support I received. I would have give five stars if I hadn't had issues with the ice maker.

Great Ice Machine

Makes ice quickly and efficiently. The ice is large and gets drinks super cold. Love being able to have ice on hand at all time! It does come with a year warranty also which was great and made me feel good about ordering it!

Great Icemaker

This is the best ice maker I have ever owned. It makes a lot of ice quickly. It is great. I use it for parties and for around the house. I enjoy that I can select the size of the ice as well. It is a great Ice maker!
