We like to store gallon bags the week before the party/get together and pour into the ice maker to keep the supply going without a hitch. This machine works great
Would RecommendI have had this unit just under a year and we use it daily. Never runs out of ice for us. The tray inside cracked. I called the customer service and the representative answered right away. Told her about the issue. Replacing the unit no charge. Great product and they stand by the side of the customer and the product.

great quality and size
Would Recommendfor the size and cost. its really worth it. had an issue with it not working but is being covered by warranty. the amount of ice it makes is more than expected.

I would buy this product again
Would RecommendI use this ice machine daily. I never have a problem with the quality of the ice. The ability to vary the size of the cube tickles me to no end. The maintenance is very simple. There was an issue which was handled quickly and efficiently by the customer service agent Ingrid. I will always buy Newair products going forward.

Great Product
Would RecommendI love this ice maker, it make different size ice cubes fairly quick, I don't have to worry about filling ice trays or buying bags of ice. The ice maker in my fridge went out and was unrepairable so this compact ice maker was perfect! Will definitely recommend it! Customer service always friendly and helpful answer my questions and concerns.

Past units were excellent, this one broke in less than 2 mon
Would RecommendOwned three of these in the past and was very pleased. New one didn't last 2 months. Customer service was very nice and helpful. Sending return label for full replacement as we speak. Will definitely do business with them again.

Loved it at first
Would Not RecommendProduct worked perfect in the beginning. Then it quite making ice and starter getting really hot. Then the water wouldn't get cold. Having to have it replaced. Its not even a year old.
