I love this product and recommend it to friends all the time
Would RecommendI bought my Newair ice maker almost a year ago because my base housing freezer just didn't have room for ice and I'm so glad I did. My family loves having freshly made ice on hand and since it makes up to 28lbs a day it keeps up with our demand. It's super quiet so I never hear it running and doesn't take up a a lot of counter space! Newair customer service is also fantastic. Product stopped working but replaced with no issues
Would RecommendThe product was great and then it stopped making ice. I called into Newair and they were very helpful to replace it with a new unit. Excited and waiting on my new unit now.

Would Not RecommendMakes ice very quickly and is nice to have an ample supply for the family. Stopped working after 8 months and am working with customer service to get unit replaced. Many hoops to jump thru.

Would RecommendI went on the hunt for an ice maker about 2 years ago. I live in a house with multiple adults and we use a lot of ice. I went through three other ice makers before finding this one. The others all broke within a few months of buying. I found this one which was a little more expensive but WELL worth it. This machine creates ice in three sizes (which fit in water bottles!). Great service and great product.
Would RecommendThis ice machine has meant all our expectations. We have never had a Portable ice machine it's always been ice made in the refrigerator. We like that we have Freed up the space in our refrigerator. We always keep the size of the ice cubes on medium which is the best size for us. I would recommend this ice machine to everyone. It makes ice fast and we love it. Last thing is the customer service they will handle any problem that may come up.

Best ice maker for home use.
Would RecommendThis is the best ice maker we have ever owned. You never have to worry about running out of ice again. We have a fourth of July party every summer and this thing keeps up with filling drink cups and coolers. I would definitely buy one again.

Would RecommendThe NewAir ice counter maker has been the best product that I have purchased in the last six months. It's so much better to have and use in my household of 5 than having to fill up a ice tray all the time or going to the fridge and finding no ice in the trays .It also last longer than just one day .My husband also enjoy because he can just go and scoop ice out of ice maker .Also enjoy how you can choose 3 different sizes of ice and it doesn't take long to make ice either like a regular ice tray ...

Love this ice machine
Would RecommendIt doesn't take up much counter space and makes enough ice that we are rarely out. We did have a piece break late in the first year, but customer service was great and we were able to be back up and running be fore the weather warmed up. Would definitely recommend

I love this counter top ice machine!
Would RecommendWe use this product all day and night. It makes a lot of ice in a 24 hour period, which is good for my family because we use a lot of ice. The ice also doesn't have the funny taste and smell associated with some ice makers. I would buy this product again.
