Efficient

Does what it is supposed to do. Efficient and handles large loads well like, king size sheets and blankets.

complete fail

Bought this washer and within 8 weeks of delivery this washer would not operate at all. They sent a repairman who said it needed 2 parts, with 3-5 business day delivery. *Then I get a call that the parts are on back order,no one knows how long.* I'm stuck with no way to do laundry for an undetermined amount of time. I don't understand why they just don't exchange it for one that works. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We've been a customer of lowes for 40+ years and this is how we're treated.

only lasted less than 8 weeks

After having this washer less 8 weeks it is already not operational. I was told yesterday that it needs 2 parts. I was also told that the parts would be here in 3-5 business days but this morning I'm informed that the parts are now on back order and that if they are not here by 3/15 I should check with the manufacturer. That is a long time to go without a bought and paid for washing machine. Very disappointed as well as not happy. I now regret my choice.

Wonderful features

Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had my Maytag washer and dryer 3 weeks , and I’m having issues. I have an appointment on March 9th for a repair man to hopefully get things right.

Easy to use

Auto water fill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given it five stars but Maytag need to improve on the water auto fill. Water auto fill need to know how much clothes are in the machine so that it will put the right amount of water. With all of this technology we have it should not be hard to do.

So far so good!

Like it so far. Only had it 2 weeks. It’s got a very large capacity & I love that. It’s a little loud but nothing too crazy. 2 weeks in & so far I like it. The app is cool but I’m not sure how much I’ll use it.
