Great delivery service

We have not dealt with Lowes for many years for an appliance purchase. To our surprise, we ordered our new Maytag washing machine Sunday evening, and was efficiently delivered on Tuesday morning. The old machine was removed with ease, and the new one installed excellently. I hope the machine lasts for 25 years as our old one did.

Delivery

The delivery service was the worst I’ve ever seen. The 1st washing machine we purchased wouldn’t have been installed had I not been at the house. Was told they couldn’t connect and didn’t know how to turn on the water. I wasn’t told to purchase new dryer vent hose and when that was attempted to be installed they wouldn’t do to condition. I asked for 15 min to go purchase new and was told they had to get to next stop. The 1st washer leaked called Maytag warranty and was told needed shocks. ...

Great Performance, Easy to Use, & Plenty of Space

A month in, pretty happy

Not a fan of high-efficiency washers, but our old machine died. I like that this washer gives you a few options to add extra water beyond the auto-sensed level. Clothes have come out clean and in-tact; those are my main concerns. It's easy to use; there are enough settings to handle all out needs, but not so many as to be burdensome. No complaints.

Title says it all

Easy installation, runs wonderfully and quietly. I will absolutely purchase another when the time comes!

Lowe’s Delivery Do Not Recommend

Delivery driver’s left my appliance outside in the rain to come check the hoses in my house, I had to ask them to bring the appliance inside. Will be doing a return and never using Lowe’s again.

Wouldn’t buy again

Being forced to “wash the washer” every handful of uses is ludicrous to me. I have a big, busy family. Every time I go to use it, I swear, It needs to run an entire cycle EMPTY with special soap before it can resume to washing loads. Frustrating

Terrible Design !

Whenever you Wash with Warm or Hot Water Condensation Escapes from the Back of the Lid and Covers the Dial and Electical Panel ! This will Eventually Destroy the Machine ! You can Actually Slide a Paper Towel at The Back of the Lid Down into the Wash Tub ! Maybe the Designer of this Product Should Try this Washer Himself !

Does a great job!

Coming from a front loader, I really appreciate a top loader. I like that it has an agitator and I feel like my laundry comes out very clean. I am very happy with my purchase.
