Bad from the Start

Control issue: from first use and continuing, washer does not shut down properly 90% of the time: indication of "power failure" occurs halfway through "done" notification at end of cycle. To restart, have to clear at least once and up to 3 times.

Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a hard time keeping the machine balance. I would like someone to call me. Very disappointed with the machine. When washing my husbands work clothes I can not get the cycle to complete.

Sleek and clean

It’s super efficient, cleans very well, and I am excited to keep learning more about the smart features and how much they are going to help. Money Pit

They don’t Last there junk there noisey. Our tub bearing failed in the washer already we had a tech come out to look at it and said it would cost us $210 to replace but couldn’t get the pressed agitator removed to replace the bearing so yes, the agitator is pressed on playing on it. You cannot clean. The text said the only way to get the agitator off was to cut it off and replace. Our dryer was throwing codes then final won’t work had the tech check it out here the motherboard failed so that cos...

Great Washer

Maytag Washer – A Terrific Choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the Maytag washer is a terrific choice. We purchased this washer in December 2025, approximately 2-months ago. We had a very similar model before this one. Thus, I understand many of controls/functions. While I like many things about this new washer, several favorite settimngs no longer exist (i.e., "Colors"). Why, Maytag, why?
