Had it almost 2 months and it locked me out and I couldn't get my clothes out.. The washing machine is down stairs and I don't go downstairs every day but it had came on but still wouldn't let me open the lid to get my clothes out. Finally made a appointment and waiting on parts, mind you this is a new washer. Still waiting on results to see what happens.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't give anymore stars because I owned the washer for 38 days exactly and it threw a code althat caused it to quit working. I've now been 3 weeks waiting for the repair shop to get the parts to fix it. Needless to say I thought I was buying the best because it was a Maytag but so far I will never buy another one

Great for our big family

Used 1 month and it stopped working

I am so very disappointed with this washer. I was very excited to buy this because our old washer needed to be replaced. However 1 month in and this washer stopped working .. of course i thankfully had the warranty. Called and they sent a company out to look at it and diagnose the problem. Called in a part for this thing at the end of January 2026 .. to this day(03/08/26) i am still without a washer because the part is on back order. The quick wash setting is my favorite. It has an agitator and my clothes are cleaner. You do need to make sure you place your laundry evenly in the washer. broke right of the box .

error code first time using it, water level insufficient , can't complete a wash cycle then locks machine down and can't get dirty clothes out after 2,hours of washing. I paid 840.00 to wet 3 loads of clothes and LOWES REFUSES TO TAKE BACK AFTER I FOLLOWED MACHINE ERROR CODES .MACHINE 9 days old .

DON'T BUY Free uses they didn't

. I paid 840.29 for a defective machine and Lowe's refuses to give me a refund or store credit. Lowe's stated I only had 24 hours on any appliances. DO NOT BUY FROM LOWE'S THEY DONT HONOR WARRANTIES.
