You have to wait for sales to get a good deal

I haven't had it long but so far it's performing really well. I'm really enjoying it. I love the way that you can download cycles. Change the ringtone at the end of the wash. Things like that LG seems to be a really good company. I'm happy so far.

Color changed

I wanted all white and they changed the color.

Buyer Beware

I have had this washer for approximately 14 months. It literally ate 2 pillowcases. They went up over the top and ended up between the drum and the machine shell. The washer repairman flushed the washer multiple times and then found pieces of plastic in the drain. He told me that a repair would cost more than a new washer. I should have gotten the protection plan, but I also should be able to wash sheets and pillowcases without worrying that it would literally destroy the washer. The photo is of...

So much missed potential

My old LG washer broke and we bought this one as it’s replacement. I really wanted to love this washer, but alas I cannot get over the water level issue. Uncleaned clothes

I got this machine less than 1 year now and the clothes come dry with many times of washing the same load. And dirty debrised on your clothes I am so disappointed and frustrated with this product.

Too many reasons to avoid...

I have two major complaints about this washer. #1. The lid. Yes, the lid that opens and closes on the top of the unit. Whomever thought it was a good idea to put this at an angle is a moron. It may look appealing in a show room but its unbelievably impractical in the home. You'll instinctively try and put things on top of your washer and they will stay there just long enough for you to walk away. Then, whatever you put there will topple off. This Washer has been fantastic so far . It runs smoothly and quietly, and the impeller design does a great job without tangling clothes. The controls are easy to use, and it feels well-built . I’m happy with this washer so far and would definitely recommend it.

Doesn’t clean clothes

I hate this washer. I’ve had it for over 8 months now. It does not wash very well. Sometimes, my clothes look dirty coming out, there’s literally residue on the material causing me to have to rewash them. That could be due to the no agitator, there’s zero friction to help wash the clothes. The clear lid lets you see inside and I’ve watched clothes not get fully soaked in a regular load. The water sensor doesn’t seem to “sense” correctly. The cycles are super fast usually 20-25 minutes or less ...
