Quiet, no agitation
Not very satisfied. Quiet as a mouse and that's great, but the agitation for cleaning is awful. Look through the top and you will see clothes moving hardly at all. I should have gotten a washer with a center agitator or better, a front load. Very poor cleaning ability.

Terrible with heavy loads
Not satisfied. The tub does not adjust the load during this cycle when washing towels or heavy loads. It drains and fills itself with water over and over until caught. I have to manually adjust the load and monitor. This machine is only a few weeks old. BEWARE

Doesn't clean well
We just replaced our LG that was similar to this and was hoping it would clean the same. It doesn't. I have young kids who get messy. This doesn't clean off the spaghetti sauce, ketchup, etc. that my kids get on their clothing. It's still there (and even hard and crunchy sometimes) after I wash it. HATE IT EVERY WASH (cont)
The top is slanted. I can't sort or fold clothes on it, set my laundry basket, laundry products or anything else on it because they slide off. I wish they'd take it back! I do like that the app will tell me when it's done. I wish LG would take it back. Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed by LG or Lowe's.
Less than 18 months old
We bought the set 17 months ago and one of the worst purchases in my life. Glass lid is too heavy and ends up breaking the hinges every single time. If you buy new lid it’s $300 and breaks again within a year. Crap design. Crap company. Lowe’s was zero help as well

HATE IT - EVERY WASH, Extremely Frustrating to Use
I hate this washer & regret getting it. I loved my last LG washer. I didn't consider any other brand. Delicates, towels & other cycles req download but only 1 at a time. There's NO soak, rinse temp choices, functional. spin only & options (extra rinse, etc) reset cycle defaults, often to hot temp.

I would be very careful if you buy this machine to make sure that you run the clean cycle regularly and wash something often in hot water. My husband and I learned the hard way. Beautiful machine, quiet , cleans my clothes fine, interactive app. The problem is there is no soak cycle. Who makes a washer without a soak cycle ? When I pause the machine to let it soak it drains,. There should be a warning. Also the top is not flat, it is slanted. Who makes a washer that you can’t put things on like your empty basket, or folded clothes that you take out of the dryer. So much money, so much hype and I think it was designed by someone who never did laundry.
