Would RecommendProvides very thorough washing in shorter time than prior machine, a 19 year old frontload Kenmore. Also, 44% increase in capacity over the old machine. Wife said there's no delicate cycle unless you download and use the app. Without the app, instruction manual says to wash delicates in cold cycle. Minor issue, IMO.

Terrible machine
Terrible machine. Nothing gets clean. Whites are grey and dark clothes have spots all over. Everything twisted Breaks every few weeks and needs constant repair Stay away from this machine. Total waste of money

Failed in less than 30 days
Bought washer on 11-March-2026. Failed on 8-April-2026. Call center couldn’t help much and have to get a service tech out. Through the troubleshooting, we discover the LG installer reversed the hot and cold water. Washer just gets stuck on filling the machine even when trying to run a spin only cycle.
