Started out great until the door started rusting and wouldn't close, apparently it happens a lot, would not buy a front loader again.

Poor customer service,sometimes noisy, may leak

After reading Lowe's, Home Depot reviews and looking at an older Consumer Reports recommendation I decided on this washer. Also LG has the lowest repair percentage for washers per Consumer Reports. Lowes said it would be delivered on a Sun but nothing came and no phone call. I spent most of the day waiting for nothing. I called the delivery company and they said Lowe's had cancelled the delivery because it was not in stock. I called Lowe's and they said they didn't know why I hadn't been called...

Excellent washing machine

This replaced the older maytag front loader machine that was here when we bought the house a year ago. This machine is an upgrade in every way. Large capacity, easy to use controls. And compared to our other machine this one is so quiet I barely know that it's on. We have first floor laundry that's off of our kitchen. The old machine sounded like a jet engine taking off. You couldn't have a conversation in the kitchen when it was spinning. With the LG machine I occasionally think "hmm, wh...

Great Washer!

I capture the wash and rinse waters to use in my garden and the new washer uses less than 1/3 the water compared to my old top loader. Amazingly the clothes are cleaner despite using less water. I also like the control options giving me choices for spin speed, water temperature, soil levels, etc. Took a little getting used to but now I feel very comfortable choosing the settings.

Engieneering flaw

Ended up returning set. Washer was shearing towels and taring holes in laundry. Started with first load washed Thought it was a fluke after several other loads and damaged items called Lowes and arranged to replace with a different brand. Design flaw in tub.

Nice machine, early failure code!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd LG front load machine. The first lasted over 10 years then needed new motor. We decided to purchase a new machine with all new features and warranty. However, the 2nd day we received an error code requiring resetting of the machine. Quite a disappointment for a machine of this price and quality.

Leaky Washer

Versatile

This machine leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model on 5/8/16 and it has leaked twice. LG is sending a repairman out, but we are worried that it will still leak and we will have to fix the floor of our laundry room again. Not worth the risk.

This machine leaks

We bought this machine from Lowes on 5/8/16. It has leaked twice. Since it's after the 30 day warranty provided by Lowes, we have to deal with the manufacturer. They want to send out a repairman. We have concerns about that because if the repair does not work, then we risk getting water all over the floor of our laundry room again and having to repair that at our own cost. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I had this washer 3 weeks now and so happy with it. It works great, and I think my clothes are cleaner than my old top load washer.

Love the washer, but tag on is iffy

Great combo of cycles for all fabric types & I love the delay wash feature & wrinkle guard feature. Tag on is iffy...the program doesnt recognize that my products are registered & tag on itself doesn't work with my android half the time. Sigh.

Reliable, great looking washer
