I love my new Washer and Dryer! LG Rocks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months and I love it. LG really knows how to make a good product. I love how much space I have. I throw my comforter in and it has room to actually move in there. So many great settings, very quiet and I love the tune it plays when the load is done.

Quiet and Does not "Walk"

First Front Loader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the unit late April this year. So far nothing but good things to say about the washer. Was a little wary of a front loader afraid of leaks and mold but so far everything surpasses my expectations.

Good dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a tiny stackable apartment unit until I bought this LG in April. Have had for a month, nice and big, very quiet. Leaves clothes with a smidge of dampness on some of the auto settings but can be used on the timed setting if total dryness is required.

Washer broke twice within first 7 months

Bought this washer brand new in October 2015 and it was great for the first 3 months. First time it broke it would get stuck on 8 or 9 minutes remaining and would not go into the high rpm spin to remove most of the water from the clothes. Called the warranty department and they sent someone out. He said that the motherboard was fried and that he would have to order a new one. He replaced it and it started working great again... for another 4 months. The exact same issue just happened, washer get...

Great Product Again

After doing another extensive review of consumer reports and other sites, We chose another LG Washer and Dryer Combo. I really should have saved my time and just bought LG again. The new combo works great and is quieter than our previous set. I would definitely recommend LG appliances. Our previous Combo was 7 years old. I replaced one 12 dollar hose in that time...

Lots of features, but a bit complicated to run

2nd one to go bad

Not what I expected!

I love the look and some of the features but when it comes to doing wash if I could do it again it would be a different brand or top loader. I only do was two or three times a month so its not like I am abusing it I am careful how heavy I load it and 8 out of 10 times regardless how large my loads are it goes off balance witch makes doing wash take twice as long I will never go with LG again, I know occasionally regardless what brand name, you may get a lemon maybe this is my issue other wise I ...

Was worried but really like it

Old washer and dryer died a week apart. Went searching. Had 2 salespeople (1 at Sears and 1 at Lowes) tell us that LG and Samsung were the tops now and life expectancy on a washer is 8 years (we got 11 out of our previous washer and dryer). I was scared of the electronics and the chance for things to go wrong with them. Got a good price on sale so opted for the 5 year warranty. Great Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well, not super loud, and uses just enough water. It has different cycles that you can choose from or you can customize your wash cycle. Definitely a great buy. Here's to hoping it continues to perform well down the road!

Machine is quiet and vibration free. Not like the Frigidaire it replaces.

BEWARE: This product does not work with iphone

Don't get mislead by their poor information and only find out after the 400lb unit is delivered and installed in your house.

Poor customer service from LG and Lowes

Had this washer for about 6 months. One day (Now 4th 2015) ran a load through it, went to check on it and it had stopped. Thinking it was done I opened the door, about 2 gallons of water poured out the door before I could get it shut. Huge mess on my floor. Called Lowes customer service, they set up an appointment for a repair man to come look at it on Wednesday of the next week. Love this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this washer a few weeks ago, "love it" my laundry has never been cleaner! I live on a farm, so we have lots of mud and animal hair on our close at the end of the day! Always come out clean and smelling good. Also this washer spins clothes almost dry so shorter drying times!

So impressed!

We bought this washer (and matching dryer) to replace 13 year old appliances. I'm very pleased with their performance so far. We did end up placing Shake Away pads under the washer as it spins at a very high speed and we felt it would be better for the floor and the washer to have something absorb that vibration. Clothes come out clean and I notice a significant reduction in dryer time due to high speed spinning. I like the pre-set cycles as well as the option to customize. So far, so good!
