Solid, quality appliance

I've had this for about 7 years now and I have been mostly happy with it. It's a little tricky to keep the rubber door liner clean: you need to be diligent about running the tub clean regularly, and wipe around that door opening! I did need to have the drain pump replaced recently, but this was an inexpensive repair.

PARTS UNAVAILABLE

I will not recommend LG products to anyone! I am still waiting for parts to fix my washer for over 2 [two] months. The company trying to do the repairs are nice enough to call and keep me informed.

Excellent service for a GREAT appliance

The washer stopped working and I was able to schedule the repair with Affordable Services & Appliance Repair. The technician was professional, courteous, thorough, and answered all of my questions. I am VERY pleased with my LG Washer and Dryer - very efficient and user-friendly.

Vibrates excessively, leaks, wont drain properly

We purchased this washer approx 3-4 years ago. The washer has continually gotten worse as time as gone on. The repairman has been out numerous times to look at it and finally a repairman came yesterday and told us we could only wash the equivalent of 3 towels at a time. It will only wash 1 pair of jeans at a time. it will wash about 5-6 shirts at a time. It would take days to do the laundry for 3 people each week. The washer is a 4.3 cu ft capacity which should be about 16 pounds of laundr...

Stellar Washing Machine!

Wrong year of purchase-

Very effective and easy to use

Will not complete spin cycle

Had this washer for 3 yrs and will not complete spin cycle when washing bath mats and rugs.

I bought this front load washer over 7 years ago and just had to have repair done.

Wonderfully efficient washer, the first two years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old top load agitator washing machine could no longer be repaired, so we moved up to a front load. At least it still washes well, is very efficient with water and electricity, and has many good features which we use. No WiFi, which is fine. We don't need WiFi on a washer, or a screen on a refrigerator. Just give us an appliance which works well for a couple decades, like our old washer. We were very happy with our LG for the first two years...

Doing the job

Worst washer that I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer is about 3-4 years old. About 3 months ago it started leaking from under the detergent drawer. I've had repairmen come and work on it and couldn't fix it. We have replaced parts on it and that didn't fix it. When I say it leaks it takes usually 3 towels to clean the water up. I am now shopping for a new washer and dryer and it won't be a LG!

Poor quality

Worst LG machine I have owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer never cleaned my clothes very well. My 1st LG I had for 11 years worked wonderful but this model definitely on the low end of machines. The door is made of plastic. The clothes were never spun out like they should be. The washer died after 6 years
