[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not recommend this product. When we had a service companies come out to look at it, All of them stated that they did not want to work with this machine. They stated that LG washers or what they get calls on the most.

Great Washer, Works Well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this LG Washing Machine for five years so far. It works great. Lots of features, cleans extremely well, fairly quiet. Love the front-loading aspect. I would highly recommend it, if you are on the market for a new machine.

Works great and easy to use

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine to replace a previous different brand washer, that washer lasted 10 years no problems at all. This LG model made it to 6 years and the drain pump failed, I don’t even use the machine heavily since I am a single person. I would not recommend buying an LG washing machine if this is the kind of reliability their products have.

Bottom Weight fell off

Purchased the machine 3 years ago. The bottom weight fell off (twice). This time it cannot be fix because all of the plastic pegs that support the weight are broken.

After reviewing ratings and reviews on several machines, we chose to go with LG. Having the machine for the last week, or two has proven our choice to be the right one. The machine is responsive and the multiple settings quite useful.

Horrible

We’ve had this washer for 5 years. The whole control board went to repair it cost just as much as buying a new one. 5 years isn’t that long for an appliance.

what i now know makes it great

It has shown that it takes on small washes so well but when the extended family comes to visit (total in the house 13) it holds up without an issue. I enjoy it. its easy to use and can power it by my phone with the app. I would defiantly recommend this item.

I HATE THIS MACHINE!

It doesn't clean! I don't understand how anyone can love this product. 2.5 hours to wash one load of cottons (no matter the size of the load), does a poor job of cleaning, and doesn't rinse throughly--HOW is this "energy saving"? The mold problem is absolutely disgusting!

Too much maintenance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has to be THOROUGHLY AND DEEP CLEANED way to often! I am constantly draining and cleaning the filter weekly along with tub cleaning with products and vinegar to combat the mold that grows in the front rim! I spend more time and energy cleaning the washer than I do doing laundry!

Purchased Used

Excellent Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this and the dryer for a few years and would by again if they ever become unrepairable. Replaced the drain pump in November this year with no difficulty what so ever. Washer still runs as quietly as it did when it was new. After 5yrs of use I wouldn’t trade them for any other brand new brand name. It’s like the loco says LG = LIFE IS GOOD.
