Great generator

Just purchased this unit. Easy to assemble and service to run. Started in just a couple of revolutions. Low idle works as ment too. When power is needed it throttles up. Started my 4 hp compressor for initial test. No problem. I would recommend this unit.

A monster generator

Very easy to assemble and operate. Bought this in conjunction with Generac 50 amp outdoor manual transfer switch. We'll be ready for the next power outage.

power to spare

I just purchased my Generac and I must say it has the power to run everything I need it to run. I ran a test to see how it would perform and I have no complaints whatsoever. I will recommend it to everyone I know!

Better than the rest.

After extensive research, IMO this unit has all the spec's I require to run my home in an emergency power outage. After Irene and Sandy leaving me out of power for a combined 25 days, I don't have to split wood any more. This unit was more than adequate for running the 240v essentials in my home, furnace, water pump, water heater and my son's fish tanks. I suggest getting a unit that is a little more than you need. Awesome machine

Big but really nice machine, easy setup. I recommend it to all.

very easy to set up and started right up. only problem I found was trying to find out how much oil the motor holds. did not find it in the manual. put oil in and kept checking dipstick until it was full. that was the only flaw I can find with it.noise level is a lot less than the generator it is replacing. if you need a big generator I would recommend this one.

Best 15,000 watt generator for the price

I looked all over and this is deffinetly the best generator for the money. You won't find a generator of this quality at a lower price. Took about 10 minutes to put everything together and I had the generator running in no time. The extra oil filter and air filter are a nice touch. Very pleased with my purchase. I expect this generator to give me many years of service and peace of mind.

Good Basic generator with lots of power

I purchased this generator to run my house in-case of a power outage. It runs the 5 ton ac and everything else no problem. I did put a hard start kit on the ac but I dont think it was needed. We have four dogs so if the power goes out in the summer we have no place to take the dogs this gives us a piece of mind. My 7kw was good for the winter we have gas heating. Cant beat the price!!

This generator came well crated and delivered on time. I was impressed with the ease of start up and was amazed at the included maintenance kit. (extra spark plugs, plug wrench, primary and secondary air filter, oil filter). I have not had a chance to power the entire house with the unit but it starts easily and runs strong. Has everything I need!

This is an excellent generator for the price. Starting with the person that took my order, he answered every question I had and it took no time at all to get it ordered with a delivery date that was met! Assembly was a snap. It took no time at all! I put 4x4's under the frame then installed the axle brackets and the axle. I purchased the Generac GP17500 portable generator and the 6335 manual transfer switch. No problem with the instillation. The setup works great. I would highly recommend this equipment to my frinds

within 2 operating hours required extensive repair which was performed by authorized dealer. it now has less than ten operating hours and doesn't even start. would not buy again
