Great product

It's a smart design blocking only 5 inches of your view out of the window and very quiet.

Great Unit

Absolutely love this air conditioner! Cools so well, has a quiet feature, install wasn't too difficult.

Great AC but loud outside

We love the ac however it is rather noisy on the outside of the house. The water accumulates on the outside pan to inprpve the efficiency by having the fan hot it and cool the coils, but it is rather loud.

QUIET UNIT AND SAVE ENERGY IN ECO MODE.

SAVE ALOT OF ENERGY USING ECO MODE AND IS VERY QUIT...BEST AC COMPARED TO PORTABLES. EASY TO INSTALL TOO!

Maybe the best window unit on the market

This unit was very easy to install by myself. The cooling is amazing, it looks great and I love the feature of using the fan to splash water on the coils. I see myself using this design for many years.

cool and quiet

I'm amazed by how quiet this thing is. It is very versatile with respect to installation.

Noisy

AC unit cools the room but is super noisy from the outside. Sounds like something is wrong with it but that’s normal.

Good wifi feature

Great cooling, I like how it has wifi to set up hours to turn on and off air conditioning. Nice and quiet, the only problem we had so far is that sometimes it takes a while to turn on.

Very quiet

This air conditioner is so quiet when it's on that you sometimes will think that it's not on. The wifi controlled feature is great for turning it on before you arrive to cool your area down.

Cools great quietly

I liked this air conditioner because of the size and the ability to put it in a smaller window. I knew going in it was going to be an interesting install due to the size of the window and the fact that i had to remove one of the window panes to do it. The unit is very quiet and blows real cold air, installed it in an open dining living room area and it cools great.

Best AC in the world!

I bought an AC 2 years ago (warranty expired). It was noisy and took hours to cool my bedroom. I needed a new one and on a lark bought this one. I struck gold! I can’t hear it and it cools my large bedroom within a half hour. Next year I’m getting one for my living room. I told everyone I know about it. Plus I love the fact that I still have a window to look out of. Thanks for this wonderful product.

Mostly great except for one thing...

I think the design on this A/C unit is excellent and it was easy to install. The unit is super quiet and cools well down to 64 degrees, but thats where my issue with it is... 64 degrees is the lowest temperature setting you can make for it but thats not quite cold enough! It needs to be able to adjust a couple degrees colder IMO.
