Doesn’t spin close Very well

I’ve had nothing but issues with the spin cycle from day on. The clothes are rarely completely spun out. I’ve tried everything moving close around doing different load sizes and sometimes it will spin the clothes out all the way but most of the time the clothes are really damp. My old washer never did this.

Owned 1 Year Already Broken

The door latch is broken and GE doesn't have a way of fixing it. I have a warranty and the part for the door is on back order which means this door breaks a lot. Don't buy this washer. I only had this one year and its already out of commission for a month while I wait for GE to get their stuff together.

Easy and convenient!

I have had washer for one week. The size is perfect because I live in a Condo with a small laundry closet. Don’t let the mini size deceive you, it fits a lot of clothes! Washes sooo nice.

Water Leaks into Tub

Machine works good but 2 issues: the tub starts to get water in it when not in use and also the detergent compartment is left with water after each use.

Do NOT Purchase

Do not purchase this machine. The door lock failed in the locked position with a load of laundry inside in March 2018. As of this review in October 2018, the part is still on backorder with no estimated delivery date provided. I will never purchase another GE product again.

detergent drawer leaks

The washer/ dryer pair we purchased looks great and has good cycle options however water is consistently running out of the front of the detergent drawer, typically during what seems to be the fabric softener cycle. The compartment is poorly designed so that his happens; the Bosch compact machine we had in the past had a much deeper lip that kept this from happening. It is too bad because otherwise the machine is great.

Great features

This is my first front loader so I'm just getting used to it. It seems to be doing what I bought it for - my clothes are clean..........

Door lock broken - part not available

Machine worked great for 15 months, then door lock failed. One month later part is unavailable with no ETA known. I can't recommend it. Things break, okay, but come on! It is not hard to think a class action suit would be appropriate, or at least a recall. Numerous similar complaints can be found. It used to be a washing machine would last 10 or more years...GE you need to start bringing good things to life again.

Perfect Fit!

I chose this washer because it checked all my boxes. That and I've always trusted GE.

extremely Quiet sturdy washer

I have only had this one day but I did laundry the day it was delivered. It was so quiet had to see if it was working. Never had a front loader and the only down point is how low the front loader door is. I was so excited to find a smaller machine that I didn't realize the low door.This has become a negative factor as I have a bad low back. I notice that if you have a 27 ' or larger machine you are saved with a pedestal addition. I wish we folks with smaller machines and spaces fo them wou...

This product is for small space home. It is recommended!

Drainage

Clothes have to be re-drained almost every wash cycle.

Small Giant

This may be a small machine, and adorable, I might add !! But it is just as good as the big girls as far as I can tell :-) Love the many options given for variety of clothes and she just works well ! Can handle the dog bedspread I have to wash often cause of being in dog business. So glad, after almost going in a different direction, we decided to get this model !! Love it !

Washer is ok

The washer makes a lot of noise and has now started making loud banging. Not sure if there’s something wrong or if that’s how this model works.

Small but good

Small unit but does the job nicely. However the dryer is bad. Takes too long

Love the washer but wish it was quieter. It is smaller than most so worked well in our small condo.

Great Machines!

Really pleased - I've used them for about a month and they are fantastic! Although a little concerned since they are "compact", I am pleasantly surprised as I am able to do a decent sized load each time, which is great since we are a family of 4. Also use much less detergent and my clothes are perfectly clean. Happy customer!

This GE Washer has unique features.

We love the different cycles on this washer. This is the only Washer that fits to our needs. Other Washers that we have seen doesn't have the features that this model of the GE Washer have. The unit is so durable with good performance through the years.
