Ambience without the mess!
I bought a smaller firebox for a bathroom fireplace and tried it out in my living room fireplace and loved it so much that I decided to upgrade to an insert. I purchased an extension cord that matches the fireplace stone but the cord still shows. Even still, I love having the ambience without the mess of a real fire.

Very Realistic
We installed the log set in an existing masonry fireplace. We no longer wanted wood burning or gas logs. The logs, flame and ash bed are quite realistic. But, as stated by other purchasers, the glass that reflects the flame is noticeable. We keep the fire screens in place and that does help to hide it a bit. We have tried 3 different log sets, and this is still the best we've found. I did purchase the ""crackle effect"" device and it's OK, but I just wish it were a little quieter. It is quite lo...

Love The Real Flame Effect In This Electric Log Set
Initially wanted a gas fireplace insert, but it was too expensive and too much work to install one. After a lot of research found this electric log set. I had to convince my husband, but he reluctantly agreed to this one. We are both are very happy with the realistic flame and the quiet heater that this unit has, and it took five minutes to install.

Instant Pretty!
We love our fireplace! The insert was easy to set up and it's the perfect size for our small fireplace. I may buy some glowing coals, because I can see the base a little bit. I highly recommend this unit. With the remote control you can add blue flames, which really helps give it a realistic look. We bought the unit for looks not heat, although I think it does have a heater.

Our new home was built with a vent-less gas log in place. Since our home is so well insulated unless it was nearly zero outside, we were not able to use the gas log because it overheated the house, even on low. Love my electric Fireplace
I love not having to clean up the mess after having a fire in my Fireplace. Now it is only a push on the remote to have a realistic fire. For atmosphere I can turn the fire on without the heat. Love it and recommend it!!!!!!

Amazing effects when lit, simple to install and use
This is everything it says and looks to be. Best electric fireplace for ambience I have ever installed. The only slight negative, and really this is being picky. You can under bright ambient light conditions see reflections of the fire effect reflector. I guess this is the price to pay for the most real effect I've sen, espe ially with the glowing ember tray. Highly recommend this product. Period.

It's perfect!!!
I had a propane gas log set and always worried about it. It was difficult to start and I smelled the propane a little. This is beautiful, worry free and has a remote to turn it on and off including low heat -high heat option. It was worth it to me to have an electrician come to run the wiring.!!!! Couldn't be happier. I use it all the time.

Realistic Flame, great value
