Warm realistic looking fireplace log set

Nice realistic flames. Very light to carry and install. Didn't use the ash mat as it's not very realistic looking. This electric fireplace really adds a cozy ambiance to our family room. Remote is great to use. The whole unit is behind glass doors so you can't see the plastic reflector panel or hear the slight motor noise. Plugged in easily to the wall socket. This is quite realistic! A decorative fire grate or other enclosure helps break up the image for more realism. The heater is nice; be aware that it doesn't put out heat like a real fire.

This is a Stunning Fireplace Log set.

I replaced my Gas log set with another Gas log set hoping to upgrade and get rid of the Horrible Smell. No dice it was just as bad. I read about this log set and made to purchase. Iam telling you it is the Best thing ever! Beautiful flames love the light modes and I would Highly recommend this to Anyone!

Very disappointing as it gives off very little heat.

Not a big fan of the plexiglass . Would rather have the logs glowing. Can't take the glass off because of the rotating wheel. I wouldn't purchase again .

Nice additional heat source for elderly parents

Purchased these logs for my parents who have reached a life stage where building a real fire in the fireplace is too difficult. They wanted something to provide some additional heat in the room and the logs fit the bill.

Looks fabulous, heats not so much

This log set looks fantastic in our existing opening. The heater is not as effective as we had hoped. My dealings with EFC.ca were outstanding, other than delivery, it took almost 3 weeks even though I paid extra for faster delivery.

We wanted a gas insert for our fireplace but due to the costs we looked for an alternative. This unit had great reviews and decided to try it. We love it. Works great in old real fireplace I wasn't using.

We always want a fire, but it is a hassle so we seldom make one. The Electric fire is realistic enough that people have to look twice to figure it is electric. It warms up the room slowly and setting next to it I do get hot. Love the no mess, no clean up, don't worry about the flue open when fire dies down. Ease of use, starts with a push of a button. Enjoying fire at least 2 times a week since I got it. Old real fire would be lucky to do it once a month.
