Would Not RecommendTo start off the cord is incredibly short and was barely long enough to do my 10x6' laundry room. It is mediocre at best. Not a real powerful steam that comes out. I got the mop to do my tile floor. It worked alright for the surface but does not get the grout. This might work better on a flat surface with no grooves but I do not recommend for tile flooring. The stick part with the handle is made of a very thin aluminum which I can't imagine will hold up long. I will be returning the item for som...

Would Recommendcont of my other review. I just used this on my Florida lanai tile. I took an old dish towel and cut it to size, and secured it with hair bands. After sweeping the lanai, used the mop. In ten minutes, my lanai floor is clean. The rag is filthy. Cleaned it in the sink, ready for the next time. It's the steam that does the cleaning, not the pad.

Would RecommendI also bought this. I just read the one star. For $45 it is great. I thought the cord is long enough, for one room. It is lightweight. The steam works great. I did burn a toe. As for the pad being light, it is a pad. It is what it needs to be. After use I washed out in the sink. This more than fits my needs. I went and did my sister's kitchen, which had not been done in a very long time. Fantastic. And at our age this sure beats the old system and fit into our cost.

Would Not RecommendThis steam mop doesn't even pick up light drink spills. The cord is so short you have to use multiple outlets just to finish a room. Lastly, it won't stand upright on its own. You have to lean it against a wall. You get what you pay for :(
