Good steamer but short on length of power cord
This is my second steam mop. My first one which was a different brand lasted 12 years. I like the steaming ability to clean my floors. Upon my research, Black and Decjer came up as a reliable option. I gave this three stars for a few reasons: the cord is short and does not provide enough length to reach certain areas. Another design flaw is there is no cord wrapping apparatus. I like how the mop cleans/steams overall but having a short power cord makes cleaning not easier
