I was spoiled with Bissell but thought I would try theBlack & Decker Classic to find Three issues with the steam mop , cord is way to short ( forced to use extension cord , very impractical ) awkward to fill water tank and also tank to small and then to empty even more difficult as the tank is not removable , lastly the pad ( only one ) is to think and cannot get the grout areas of tile ( luckily I saved the refills I purchased brim my Bissel that are thick cloth pads that fit the Classic ( a...

Not upto parr

I normally read reviews before purchase I didnt on this one. I had a steam mop prior to this for several yrs, I wanted to upgrade but this mop is MESSY not only does it steam but it emits a lot of water which you hav to wait for it to dry or I have put a towel on the mop (while off) to go over the floor to get the amount of water left behind up. Which is now an extra step. Sorry !!!

Easy to use

Good value, easy to use

This mop is lightweight and easy to use. However I find the microfiber pad alone is not sufficient to remove all the dirt. It's also necessary to make a second pass over the floor with a towel which picks up remaining moisture and dirt that the steam cleaner has loosened.

Cord way too short!

I was happy with the simplicity of it, but the cord is ridiculously short. I cannot even mop one room without having to use multiple outlets. Since the product works, I hate to return it, but I will have to purchase an extension cord to make it usable causing this "simple steam mop" to cost a lot more than it should. I am very disappointed.

Good for 3 months....

Bought on April 15, 2023 and broke on August 5, 2023. They expected a very small piece of plastic to support the back and forth movement of the mop head? Please don't waste your money. We hardly used this; wasn't like it was used extensively.

I bought it for a friend and she loves it!

Cleaned my floors better than expected

Works well at sanitizing and very easy to assemble and use.

Off/On switch is not easy to reach

It heats up water very fast and it is ready to use in less than 30sec

Really like this product, but wish cord would be a little longer.

Pnly one pad & short cord.

Less expensive then other brands & models. Performs as advertised. Only comes with one cleaning pad & hard to find more pads. Electric could be another 10 feet longer.O

Inexpensive, does its job.

I needed a small inexpensive steamer for my man cave. This works great.

Horrible Steam Mop

1st- The cord is so short that you will have to use an extension cord every time. 2nd- Used it once to steam the foyer and now I cannot get it to produce steam consistently. I will be taking this back to the store.

Great product for a great price!

Great product! Gets candle wax off of furniture and floors with no problem!! Muddy foot prints from the dogs are no problem with this little thing! And it's lightweight!!

Cord is too short

This steam cleaner works great but the cord needs to be at least 4 to 6 feet longer.

Clean Freak

The on and off buttons are flimsy. It cleaned the floors pretty good.
