Amazing product

Bought this steam mop 3 months ago , what a huge difference it made my floors , it disinfects and chemical free , just use water and the power of steam , leaves my floors so clean and shiny , I will never go back to a mop and bucket

Should thoroughly have read reviews

Most of the 5 star reviews were (received as a promotion) therefore they are biased. The cord is incredibly short (not even long enough to clean my kitchen without moving plugs). The fact that there is only one hook to wind your cord around makes absolutely no sense to me. The mop pad that is included in the box is thin and cheap and not what is advertised. I have used it once and it did work at cleaning the floors but I will be returning it and buying something else...probably the Shark stea...

Great product overall! Works very well

This was my first electric steam mop that I’ve owned. I’ve used other people’s steam mops before and wanted to try one out for myself. Compared to others, it works pretty well. It isn’t able to stand up by itself and can fall over easily when not in use. The amount of water it holds lasts for the time I use to mop the kitchen and maybe one other room. Goes through the water fast but easy to refill and keep going. Bought extra mop heads to have more than the one mop head that comes with it.

Just wow!

Why didn't I buy this years ago?! I am so impressed! After over-researching steam mops my brain got tired and I decide to just get an inexpensive one. I'm not sure what a more expensive model would do better because this one is the bomb! It's easy to put together, heats up fast and works like magic! It just made a 30 yr old linoleum floor look like it's 15! Seriously, I didn't expect much but it accomplished way more than I hoped. And the white tile floors in my kitchen look so clean and shin...

Fantastic steam mop!

I love this mop! My floors have never felt so clean before. I’ve read reviews where people were complaining about the cord being too short. Personally, that didn’t bother me too much. If I can’t reach an area, I’ll attach an extension cord.

excellent price/performance

This floor cleaning product has worked quite well on the engineered wood floor of our home, is easy to use, and is an excellent buy.

Simply works

Got this steam mop for a great price. Would give 5 stars if it stored easier. 1 hook for the cord, and a very loose neck combine to make it easy to fall over, and then the cord is unwound.

You get what you pay for.

Just bought this and disappointed but it does work. The power cord is too short. I had to keep plugging the mop into different electrical outlets when cleaning my floors. Filling the water tank was awkward. My shark mop detached from the steamer . finally when putting away the power cord they didn't make a bottom hook to wrap the cord around. I'm keeping this a emergency back up and go back and buy my shark steam mop. For about 20.00 more it worth it.

The product does a good job, esp. considering the cost. It provides a good bang for the buck

BEST (and most affordable) steam mop on the market

I have owned likely all major brands of steam mops over the last ten years. They all have hiccups with their functionality. I saw the great price on this one and took a chance since I had always loved the effect of steam on hard floors and how clean it felt afterward. Just WOW! This steam mop, once turned on, puts out steam FAST(in 10-15 seconds). It then keeps pushing out steam until you unplug it or it runs out of water, which I love. I want constant steam without having to push a trigger butt...

Works really well

Great mop. I just wished it came with more than one mop pad.

Fine for the price

Have had better, and higher-priced, version of this mop in the past. This one is definitely lesser quality but does the job.

Works great but not as advertised

This reasonably priced mop works great. Creates good hot steam, easy to maneuver even around tight spaces with its swivel head. It really picked up the dirt. I would have given 5 stars except the mop pad that came In the box was not the one as advertised nor pictured on the box and it was a little short to cover the whole head leaving hard plastic exposed to rub on the floor surface. I returned it to the store and chose another box, opened it before leaving only to find the same thing- a dif...

Cord is very short ,steam doesn’t make the dirts softer ,I had to use my nail ,but for a regular daily cleaning it works

Bad experience

After putting mop together I had a difficult time getting it to turn on. After finally getting it on, I mopped half the floor. I had to turn it off to unplug the mop and plug back in on the other side of the room to finish mopping. At that point I could not get the mop to start again.

Works perfectly for my use!

Yes, cord a bit shorter than I would prefer, but, it works perfectly for my needs . New puppy that needs constant clean up due to accidents, love how quickly this steams ready for cleaning, and lightweight. Love it!

Cheap - very short cord

first complaint - SHORT cord! I have a small living room and had to unplug the cord 3x to clean my room 2nd - there is only one hook so you can't wrap your cord up to store - dumb! 3rd - does not stand, always falls over Only comes with one mop pad, I would suggest getting another one Easy to use -yes Light weight - yes Quick to clean - kind of if I didn't have to re plugging it into another outlet

Worked great, then the 3rd use it made a lot of noise and quit steaming, Lowes refunded my purchase. Could have been just defective appliance.
