Waste of money

This product is very cheaply made and a waste of money. It only comes with one pad that is thin and does a horrible job at scrubbing things off the floor. The cord is extremely short, there is no where to wrap the cord when your not using it, you have to carry the whole machine to the sink to refill it, and it does not stand up on its own without leaning on something. I wouldn’t even be willing to pay $20 for this.

I'd like to give a better rating but since there was no cleaning pad in the box, I have to order and wait for the pads to arrive before I can try it out.

Lots of steam.

I wanted a "Shark" but there were none so I settled for this. I has an easy opening for the water tank. The steam is great. You can see the clouds of steam being produced. There is only one "arm" to wrap your cord around not the usual two arm feature which keeps the cord secure to the mop. The "on-off" button is a push type which wasn't easy to turn on or off. Once I finally had it on I left it as is and just unpluged the unit when I was finished.

Very useful floor steamer

Floor steamer works wonders on dirty floors that are hard surfaces. Water reservoir is easy to pull out and fill. Only downside is that there is no lower hook to wrap the power cord around, so the cords hangs in an unorganized loop. Also no way to hang this on a wall rack with other floor items like broom, wetmop, etc.

You Get What You Pay For

I bought this because of all the great, although "promotional" reviews. Using it for the first time, and yes I did read all the directions, I got 1/2 way though my tile floor, and then it stopped supplying steam. It was the third time of adding water, and although I didn't have any issues the first or second refill, on the third (large floor) it would only steam now and then. I'm taking it back and getting a refund. Buy some other brand.

It is a good little steam cleaner. Once I figured out to move slowly it did a good job. My kitchen floor looks as good as the bathroom floor I paid quite a bit to have professionally done. Just wished the tank could hold more water in it. You do have to refill it alot. But very easy to use.
