Would RecommendThis is a great cleaner for wood and laminate floors. I have hardwood floors thoughout and an 85# dog who brings in lots of dirt. Does a nice job of cleaning and easy on my back. I've only used it a couple times on the floors, but am anxious to try the other hand held features.

Would RecommendShe does not clean with chemicals so we bought this for her and she absolutely loves it! She has had her's for about 4 years now and it is just starting to act up and she is asking for another one. She has never had any complaints about this, she only loves it.

I love this - I kept saying "this is the best thing I ever bought" - my goodness! I hate to clean, truly. Because there is soooo much fur. And paw prints everywhere during the spring. This got everything up. One floor area I thought wasn't stained properly was just super dirty - egads! But it looks as good as new now! I love it! It's quick to use and so much easier than a traditional mop or even the norwex mop.

Would Not RecommendGreat product, dislike how you fill water canister. Very difficult when on machine, a somewhat heavy when trying to fill from a tap, Does a great job on all floors, especially like using it on wood where you just want steam not water sprayed or mopped.

I use PowerFresh Pet Lift-Off Steam Mop on wood & travertine floors. I like it & it cleans floor but I have to make a lot of passes. I wish it would have/make more steam.

There are better steamers out there.
Would Not RecommendI like the way the product works, but the water tank is TINY and until the pad gets soaked, it's extremely hard to push. Also, there are no directions on how to use all the attachments or how to even attach them.
