Lemon or just bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible mop, attachments are useless because there is not a steady stream of steam that comes out, scrubber on the back of the upright map does nothing for mildly dry dirt, took just over a year to leak in places it should not. bissell products have not been worth anything but to take up space in a closet for me.

I would not buy this product again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the cleaner in 2/21 - have used it maybe once a month as it's for a seasonal home. It no longer works - turn it on and no steam. I am outside warranty so I guess this product is only guaranteed for two years. It will cost me as much to have diagnosed and fixed as to replace - so this is our throwaway society.

Don't buy

Cleanest floors I have seen in my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I have never seen a cleaner floor after using this. It also works on toilets, showers and sinks. I love this product and am so happy I bought it! The dirt just melts away!

Dog owner must have

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Bissell products for years this is my third floor steamer. The first order I received the heating element was detached and floating around in the tank. I returned it and received a new one , today the heating element detached again. I've only had it for 6 months and it's useless. A very expensive mistake .

The only steam mop I'll buy

You can use it as a regular steam moo or take off the body to use the attachments to really get into the tiny grooves of things. #sweepstakes

Much Heavier and many more passes to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a gift & upgrade for my daughter who loves to steam clean her floors. After using both she much preferred the BISSELL PowerFresh Steam Mop for the cleaning efficacy and the lighter weight even though it's prone to breaking too easily and too quickly
