I use it on hard wooden and ceramic floors. Works great. Must admitI put a small amount of vinegar to my water, which is good both for my floor and the steamer... No more mopping with a bucket and and old mop head!

I have used it to steam all my hard- surfaces floors. It was so easy and looks so nice. I can't wait to use all the other attachments to clean the rest of house.

I LOVE THIS STEAMER!!! It's absolutely phenomenal at steam mopping floors! The steam is directly at the floor, you don't see the steam coming out the edges of the mop head with is fantastic (in my opinion). The handheld steam pod is powerful, but is finicky because if the pod is not upright and level with a flat surface the steam will stop and have trouble producing a continuous stream. I love how this mop cleans floors as well as the lift off attachment works so well for really getting smaller spaces clean. Our home feels more fresh.

Steams away the competition!

This product is great on our wood floors! Easy to use with no real clean up afterword. We have used other steam mops in the past, so we had low expectations, but this REALLY WORKS!! No leaks, powerful, just great!

When I received mine there was some condensation in the unit. Called customer service, they said that all units are tested before being sent out. I figured that was the case, but I just wanted to be sure. It arrived on time perfectly packaged. Backyard is a muddy mess, takes care of dog tracks

So easy and versatile! Went on cleaning spree on floor, kitchen appliances, and bathroom. And heats up real quick to deal w/muddy footprints and drool from the dogs. Not sure if grout brush is really useful.

I purchased another one for a gift.

I love the steam mop, I have new linoleum and the steam mop in certain spots bubbled up, that's the only thing I didn't like but I don't stay in the same spot long.

Cumbersome

So, I bought this and the Power Fresh Deluxe Steam Mop. I figured I would use the Pet Lift Off for things like cleaning shower grout and I liked that it was detachable. First issue was filling it. They give you a teenie tiny hole to pour the water in and it does get everywhere. While attachments are good, there were too many and it just got to be a huge pain to try to go from doing the floor to switching out attachments etc. I ended up returning this and keeping the Power Fresh Deluxe Steam Mop,...

I loved this product. So far tried cleaning my windows and mopping the floor. It's absolutely one of the best thing I ever purchased in my life. I still have to check the other tools and try them.

I've had this for 3 months and the water leaked from the top of the floor unit instead of passing through the mop pad like it's supposed to. Thanks Bissell for selling me a cheap product in return for my hard earned money. It's useless now.
