I will always have a Bissell Steam Mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product weekly to keep my floors clean and sanitized. I have a small dog who loves to walk in puddles and mud. Our floors are of hard wood nature. With the use of the steamer mop and scented disks , there is no need for wax. I use to dread mopping due to spillage, but now it is a pleasure. Thank you Bissell.

Keeps everything clean where I can't use chemical cleaners!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great steamer with all the attachment my wife and I needed to clean the floors and bird cages. This is a great tool to keep everything clean and sanitized without having to worry about chemicals and scented cleaners as birds are very sensitive to those things.

Happy when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product less than a yr and I love the fact I don't need to use chemicals to clean the floors. I bought more pads online but just as they came in and I go to use the mop again then the steamer won't work. I've tried running vinegar thru the machine and all it does is leak. I can hear the pump running but no steam. Again happy when it worked but very disappointed that it was very short lived.

Love it but cord gets hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! Cleans well and sanitizes. The only issue I have is that the cord especially near the plug gets really hot so you have to be very careful. When you go and plug the cord in or unplug it, I also notice electricity from the outlet which is very scary. I've used this multiple times in different houses and happens every time so I know it can't be the outlet. It definitely has to do with the cord

Great and versatile steam mop and cleaner petsafe

Its the second steam cleaning product i own now. And beat one i have used for clraning floors and countertops. Very quick to get to heat, and super fast drytime. The extra scrubber on the bottom backside is amazing for stubborn messes. Great because i dont eant to use chemicals for my dogs health and ot keeps the cheap laminate flooring from warping like regular mopping would do

I wouldn't buy this model again.
