But the water here is so full of chloride I am surprised it lasted that long. First use Distilled water. The machine will give you longer life. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seemed to be working great until when using the handheld part it leaked from the bottom. Huge puddle on kitchen counter that dripped onto floor making a puddle on floor which I didn't notice at first!! I don't have original packaging to return & due to a death in family the whole situation is too exhausting to deal with. It's unfortunate because I have a Bissell vacuum & carpet cleaner that I love.

Great Product with one exception

Best Mop Ever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop is fantastic ! We have tile floors that are off white and dirt pits in them like crazy making them super obnoxious and hard to clean. We've literally been on our hands and knees and hired professionals to get this floor clean. Not anymore ! Suddenly, it's easy ! The dirt comes right up with a mop that was cheaper than hiring pros! And it's super easy to use! Just buy extra mop pads. #sweepstakes

It's Moptastic!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my mop! I love this steam mop. We just got it yesterday and our super hard to clean tile floors look like new! We got the floors looking cleaner with this steam cleaner than the pros we hired to come out and clean the floor. My only wish is that we got more mop pads. Ours were so dirty, we washed them three times and they still didn't come clean.

I followed all directions and the second time I went to use this mop it would not heat up and produce steam. I followed all the troubleshooting directions and NOTHING. I will never buy bissell again.

I Love my New Steam Mop!!
