Buyer beware. I've had nothing but issues with the ball inside that is supposed to gauge the water level for operation. It comes loose easily and it has prevented me from being able to steam clean my apartment. Spent an hour today trying to get it to steam.

Would Not RecommendI bought this product so I could steam clean the grout lines on my floor. Did a fairly good job of cleaning the grout lines, but on the third time I was cleaning the unit stopped producing steam. Don't know why, maybe because of extended use. After letting rest for a day, started producing steam, but it stopped a month later and I had to throw it out after owning it for 6 months. I would use it every day to keep the grout lines clean, but my shark steam mop did a better job at keeping the grout ...

Would RecommendI really like this steam mop! It has made quite an improvement on my kitchen and bathrooms floors. I thought I was cleaning my floors well, until I used this steam mop. WOW! What a difference this has made in my cleaning routine. It is very easy to use and takes very little time to make the floors fresh and clean. Thank you for this great product!

Would RecommendI use this on most of my tile floors (kitchen and basement which is all tiled). It does a beautiful job, especially with the second steam setting. As a small person I do find it heavy after using it for awhile. I also find that the mop head could be slimmer for reaching under furniture.

Power Fresh Pet Lift Off Steam Mop
Would RecommendI am very satisfied with my purchase of the Pet Lift-Off Steam Mop. It does a great job cleaning the tile in my kitchen. I have not used it on other surfaces but I'm sure it will do a great job. It takes very little time to warm up and runs for about 1/2 hour on one tank of water. However, The cleaning pad does not get very clean with a regular washing. I will probably need to purchase more cleaning pads eventually.

Would RecommendI'm enjoying using this wonderful mop and hand-held steamer. My counters look great. My cabinets are clean, and the floors, wow, I didn't realize how much grime remained in my previous method. I love that I can stop what I'm doing and then resume a bit later without long waits my old steamer needed. I wish the mop came with more pads, or, that finding the accessories was less confusing.

Would RecommendI used my daughter in law's and was completely sold on it. Love the grout cleaning feature (was shocked how much dirt came out) and the squeegee feature for our glass shower door. I'd definitely recommend this unit regardless if you have pets or not.
