Never buy again

After using it just 3 times it wouldn't even vacuum up the water and was sending out dirty water to the floor. I ended up having to mop it all up. I haven't touched it since. Worst vacuum ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be fantastic if it actually worked. It constantly clogs and doesn't actually clean. The concept would be great if I actually did what it says it's supposed to do.

Get the green matching instead.

BISSELL CROSSWAVE PLUG BREAKS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I like it but the plug prong breaks off in your outlet. First one did it and now the 2nd one has done it. 1st one did it in about a year ( I have had it 3 years). Juts got 2nd one about 6 to 8 months ago and it did the same thing this week. The plug prongs are stuck in my outlets.

Works but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works nicely but it does not get close enough to the wall. Leaves at least 2 inches along the wall that doesn't get cleaned and when you have a darker floor that dirt and dust surely does show up when the rest of the floor is clean.

Wanted to love it but it just didn't work out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a year ago. The vacuum worked great at first, but the mop left a lot of streaks so I just stopped using it. I cleaned the vacuum after every use, taking it apart and cleaning all pieces separately and it just never vacuumed the same again. Pet hair stuck to any moisture inside the vacuum from the mop, even if you aren't using the mop. Disappointed. Lot of money to spend on a product for less than a year.

Love my new Crosswave!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great being able to vacuum/clean your floors and then clean your carpet with just a switch of the nozzle. The Crosswave freshens your carpet with a great scent leaving your whole house smelling clean. Different scents available. I couldn't believe how dirty my floors and carpet were. Cat hair and anything else that wasn't highly visible was picked up. Also, super easy to clean the Crosswave after using!

The best floor machine for very dirty laminate floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laminate floors were filthy, so I was unsure about the CrossWave being able to handle the job. Afterward, I was thrilled with results. Floors never looked this good, and I expecting they will even look and smell better after repeat cleanings. Great machine and the cleaners work wonder with deep stains and dirt. I would buy it again if I didn't have it already.

A waste of a lot of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crosswalk only did a good job on refreshing my area rugs. It is not good at mopping. The roller gets saturated with water and just leaves the floor wet. I tried not using the trigger to dispense more cleaner and instead spread out the cleaner that was already in the roller and that just left the floor hazy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second cross wave. So much faster, and easier than mopping by hand. Plus I feel that the floor is much cleaner. Picks up the dirty water instead of leaving a film of dirty water.

Good for vacuuming floor... but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was so excited to get me this, while it is decent for vacuuming the floor (not great on carpet or rugs) which I expected. The "wet vac" function, spreads dirt creates tracks and makes the floor look dirtier than when you started so I would still go over everything with my mop. After 2 uses (even doing a pre-sweep with my broom) it clogged and I had to dirty a nasty wet dirty clump out from the tube. I am super disappointed because ev...

Not really sure

Giving away for free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is worse vacuum ever. First time I used it, I was impressed. It vacuumed and cleaned at same time. After first use .vacuum smells like mildew and spreads the smell all through the house. I change cloth rollers and clean vacuum to no avail. It has not had water in it for over a month and it still smells. A for the concept, F for execution. I drank the KoolAid and now regret it. If you want mine, come get it. It's been used less than 5 times...

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 dogs, 2 children and was really excited for this product to keep up with their busy lifestyle. It worked great for the first couple days but now that we've had it for 2 months, the product feels like it's already falling apart. Constantly having to clean and unclog tubes, it spreads mud around, leaks dirty water. When we turn it off, it leaks the dirty water out onto the floor. We then have to use a swiffer wetpad to clean up the mess ...
