Terrible product

Purchased this vacuum less than a yr ago thinking it would make my life easier as a disabled individual and I always loved Bissell products because of their quality but the quality is definitely not here with this product. Despite using and cleaning it as instructed (we do not even own a pet, thats the funny part), it had to be replaced once by Bissell and sent out for repair another due to emitting a terrible burning motor smell. Beautiful job

Great job on my "furniture finish" floors! So happy- only thing I regret is getting the corded version. It is manageable but bothersome.

Don't waste your money

I have all tile and pets, bought to eliminate separate vacuuming and mopping. Didn't even last 6 months! Water doesn't emit from machine, so Not mopping. Too heavy also

Bulky & Heavy

Not what I thought it would be. It's heavy and bulky. Doesn't work well when used as a vacuum versus wet vac. I wouldn't recommend.

Foot window broke first time I removed it

I wanted to give the crosswave a good review, it did a good job cleaning the tile but the foot window broke the first time I removed it. The plastic retainers at each side are not rugged and one snapped as soon as I removed the cover to clean the it.

Not Great

I read other reviews that were mixed and I was giving the product the benefit of the doubt. It works good for a little while but then you notice that it's not really mopping your floor, it's leaving streaks. And despite it being for pets, you have to unclog pet hair constantly. It's not a great product and I wish I had been able to return it while it was still under warrenty.

I love it

I received my Bissel a couple of days ago and today was the first day I was able to use it. I love it. I have three dogs and a cat so you can imagine the floors. We sweep and mop a couple of times a week. We have LVP flooring. Today I swept and then used the Bissell. Thought I would see how it would do. Omg, I was amazed. The floor looks great. I couldn't believe how much hair and dirt was still around after sweeping. The ease of use, ease of cleaning, quick drying and clean up machine took less...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have vinyl plank linoleum throughout my home. A small yorkiepoo with bladder issues. Not only does my bissel take care of the entire house in short order it is a blessing to clean up after my dog. It's the 2nd one I purchased.

I love this product

Works pretty good

I have this model and I do like it really well that being said it's lacking the self cleaning feature which sucks but it would be fantastic if this model was cordless. I have ran the stupid cord through the dogs pee accidents and other messes and I just hate the cord.

Wouldn't buy again

I was so excited to get this product home, I have 3 labs and 2 maine coon cats that are constantly shedding and live on a ranch so dirt is always tracked in. Worked great first time then started to spew muddy water on to floor defeating the purpose. I cleaned it, made sure everything was as it should and still did it. Wouldnt spin on smal low pile area rugs either.

Not reliable, short lifespan

Loved it at first, have used less than 20 times and it's stopped picking up water. Dirty water just leaks out and all it does is spread the dirty water around. Floors are not clean. Resuming search for a good floor cleaner . This is not it.

Convenient Mopping

I still sweep with a broom but this helps pick up any dirt left behind and it mops. The only thing is that it's pretty loud so I'd rather clean when everyone's out the apartment.#sweepstakes

Would not buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being I have two Goldens I thought this would keep my floors cleaner. Mine worked for a short time and all it did was spit out dirty water. Every time I pushed it forward, dirty water would come out. For the price I paid, I will never spend that much for less than a year's use. I always cleaned it out or it would smell if you did not. Cleaned filter with a hose. My husband could not figure out why it would not suck up but only spit out. So diss...

Unsure feelings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this product when I received it but it stopped spinning . I took out the spinning brush cleaned the inside on where it would clip into in case there was any hair or debris stuck and there was nothing . I bought a new spinning brush and it still doesn't spin . It also would spit out the water instead of sucking it up

One of the worse purchases I've made

I bought it because we have pets and have hardwood and rugs but it barely sucks up anything! Even the mop function is terrible. It leaves streaks everywhere. I would never purchase this again!
