A few flaws but overall like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall really like it - vacuums great and mops well. Love the size and ease of cleaning and moving around. A few issues: The top part over the spinner pops off and flies away frequently while in use. This causes water to spray and makes me have to stop and is super frustrating I also have issues with the mop water getting dirty and then leaving dirt streaks after mopping #sweepstakes

I hope I don't regret this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not at all impressed with the vacuum. As labeled "Pet Pro,," I would think I wouldn't have to remove the filter every time I empty the canister. I haven't used the cleaner yet. I sure hope it impresses me.

Waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get this vacuum only to be disappointed. Shipping took a long time, when I finally received it, a part was missing. I really thought this was gonna be a time saver, wrong! It is taking me longer to do the floors because it leaves behind dirt and dog hair. Leaves clumps of dog hair on the area rug. The mopping part is ok, not the greatest. I wish I didn't recycle the box already because I would be returning it!

Love this vacuum, however...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't do all area rugs. In fact it can't clean any of the area rugs in my home, my rugs must be too thin or small. The suction is too strong and it sucks the rug up and shuts the machine down. I then have to unplug it and plug it back in. The other downside is having to take every piece apart to clean it and let it all dry.

I would buy this product again

I would recommend this product

I want to love this product but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd crosswave. I loved my first one and gave it to my daughter and bought the new one. I have used it two times. Now the brush will not turn and I cannot figure out why. Of course I haven't taken it apart, but after only 2 uses it should be running great still. I used my other one all the time and it is still going. I feel cheated by going for the new model.

Extremely Disappointed

Purchased to do laminate floors and regret

The second time I used it it was suddenly so loud that it sounded like a jet engine to the point where I felt like I needed to wear earplugs to operate it. Doesn't last long

The machine is great in the beginning, but after about a year, I have had to get a replacement machine each time. I cannot get on my knees anymore, so I need a machine like this. I have tried the Hoover Floor mate, and that one was worse! I like Bissell because they support pets, however, the machine doesn't last long.

So smelly

Spend more time cleaning the vacuum than the floors

I expected to plug in the vacuum, let it spray some soapy water on the floor, give it a little scrub, and squeegie it mostly dry. I expect stubborn messes to require a couple passes.
