I have tried several similar type products and always end up back at this one. I have had 3 or 4 of them over the last 10 years. The only thing I wish it did better, is sprayed the water out evenly. It always tends to be mostly on one side, with every one of them. I just work around it. Also, it would be a plus if it wasn't so loud. With that being said, it does the best job cleaning and mostly not streaking.

So Easy To Use

I bought this because I have hardwood floors throughout and to vacuum, and then go back and mop was quite a chore. With this, I can vacuum up small bits at the same time as I mop the floor, which makes the job half as long. I love the fact that there’s a little rubber feet inside the mop head, which scrubs a little bit harder on the sticky spots on the floor. Cleanup is a breeze, and I am super happy with how clean my floors are.

I would buy again and again

I can't live without mine. Amazing product. You will be surprised by how much dirt you regular mop left behind. I told my husband we lived like pigs until we got this mop!

Cleans well for the most part

I've had this unit for a few years now and I find it great to use, easy to get started cleaning, and gets the job done. I find that on my vinyl flooring it seems like it leaves behind tiny hairs, and it doesn't get to the edges of the floor against the wall very well. Hard deposits which require lots of scrubbing don't seem to come up easily most of the time, but for loose messes and general liquids it works great and still makes the floors look and feel fresh. I love this product so much. I love how it Cleans itself and how the clean and dirty water are seperate. It also tells you exactly how much cleaner and water to put in. The account of pet hair i got, even after vacuuming with another vacuum is simply unbelievable. I'll say it again.. I love this product. No more using a mop and a vacuum. I have this!!

Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac

The dispensing of water and the texture of the roller are not adequate to remove the fine dirt in my ceramic tile. The front cover is hard is to assemble and the motor accelerates and puts out dirty water.

It gets old

I have had this product for 5 years I loved it at first . Now it seems to always smell mildewed I have changed the mop head the filters it never smells right I do have 7 dogs at this time we foster and have 4 of our own the house is completely hard surface floor. I replace the head every few days and I clean it change it I have bought several over the years

Not the greatest

Wasn’t the greatest. The suction strength for vacuuming is 10/10 . But the mop option does not actually clean the floors the spin brush barely wipes up the cleaning solution. Also a little bit of cleaning solution leaks out when you’re trying to vacuum.

The floor machine that does it all!

I’ve only had my Pet Pro for a few days but already know I love it! There’s nothing better than a machine that vacs and mops all in one movement. And cleans itself when done! My floors look great! This machine has made my life easier.

I would not buy

I was so excited about this wet-dry vacuum and thought it would work best for my house since I have three pets that bring in dirt from outside. The first week, it was okay. I didn't want to admit it was not worth it. The second week, it was still okay, but going into the third and fourth week, I decided I wasn't going to use it anymore because it was more of a hassle to get it to suck up the water.
