So Frustrating

I will say it doesn't work on our wood floors and I have to go over them with another mop. I am upset at the price I paid in hopes of making things easier with a toddler and 2 big dogs. Biggest mistake buying this do NOT puchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the biggest peice of junk and waste of money it continually stops and does not clean it is the biggest waste of time and money it does not clean and it takes me longer to wash my wood floors then when I use a regular mop! My husband bought me this because I have MS and have a hard time with the mopping, this machine is Terrible! Don't waste your money

Not worth it!

I would rather scrub the floor on my hands and knees

After a long day of cleaning the house there is nothing i want to do more than break down a whole vacum and clean it only to have dirty water come out the next time i use it. Great idea horrible execution. All the people saying this is a great product need to get right with the Lord.

Don't buy this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will not clean your floors so don't waste your money. Even the smallest of spots you can sit on top of it and it will not come clean. I made the mistake of not returning it within the 30 day window and now I'm stuck with a $300+ piece of junk.

I would not buy this product or recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This left strips of water and dry areas so you had to go over the area repeatedly. The dog hair mixed in with the dirty water. It's loud. Then the clean up. The old fashioned way of sweeping then mopping was about the same time and effort for a lot less money.

You have to thoroughly clean every crevice multiple times throughout vacuuming one room for it to work correctly. God forbid you use the mop feature. You must make sure it is 120% dry after use - which means after cleaning every crevice of the machine and filter, meaning; vacume parts spread all out for two days... just then, if you are LUCKY it won't smell lik...

I won't not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smells like mildew after 1 use. Soaked filter in mildew cleaner, still smells. Cleaned between each slot in filter, still smells. I've never had a problem with dyson or my shark vac-map. Very disappointing.

Fast and easy cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this a couple of weeks but so far I like it. I just had to attach the handle and fill the solution and it was ready to go. I love being able to vacuum hard floors with a roller that doesn't scatter everything and switching from dry hard floors to area rugs is simple. Once I got the hang of using the cleaning solution (I just needed to give it a minute or so to soften up spills) that part worked great!

Absalutely would by again and recommend to others

Most all of the grime was gone Ii gave it a a second cleaning two days later. The carpet.came out looking like it did when it was installed. Can'say enough totally thrilled with this machine
