One great cleaner for floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this sweeper, I had to replace the filter and brush a couple of times every year, which was expected but didn't expect for a hole to form in the main water return. I've always cleaned it after every use and only used Bissell Crosswave cleaning agents in it. Disappointed.

Clean floors, even with dogs and kids!

I had higher hopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are times when I am very glad I have this, and I will preface this review with the fact that I am hard on vacuums. I have a large, very fluffy dog and it takes a lot to keep the house clean. That being said, I have a few comments to make. First, this vacuum is a pain to clean and you HAVE to clean it every time you use it (even if you're cleaning 2sq ft of crumbs) because otherwise it becomes smelly or gets clogged and water shoots out al...

Time consuming and it reels of urine.

Otherwise everything smells like concentrated pet urine. It's very time consuming. I've spent an hour just cleaning and drying my floors. I use it daily and it's time consuming to have to clean it after each use.

I thought this would cut my cleaning time in half but it's more than doubled it because it just spreads dirty water all over the floor. Noticed the water coming in wasn't entirely being sucked up by the crosswave and leaving streaks of dirty water on my floor. Tried to use the vacuum only feature, clean crosswave, then ...

beats wet swiffer and any surface clean!

Does a great job. But so much grief to clean up.

But the cleanup afterward is such a pain we've only used it 3 times in a year. sure it has that clean out cycle system and there are convenient places for the rollers to dry. But we at least do not have the room for having space for all that to happen. We have the usual crammed closet type area so to allow it to clean out, etc we have to drag the whole system out and leave it for a day ...

I would not buy this product

Very happy with my Bissell Pet Pro Crosswave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the pet pro Crosswave to clean my travertine tile floors. I couldn't be happier with the results and how clean and smooth the floor feels. I will use the Bissell Crosswave at least every one to two months to provide a much deeper and more thorough cleaning than with a mop. (I have four pets in the house - all rescues.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this because I couldn't get our new laminate wood floors clean and the bathroom grout got dirty as soon as I scoured it. Oh my! My floors have never gotten so clean!!! The grout is cleaner than I can get it. The groves in my laminate floors are completely clean. I could not be more pleased. So easy to use. Easy to rinse out the canister and filters, and the roll gets very clean and dry.

The building I reside in is doing a major renovation and we are getting regular flooring instead of carpeting I always have area rugs and have both a cat and dog so this will be perfect for me to keep my home clean.
