How could I not have know of this sooner ?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm old,65, disabled some with back problems,this is the most awesome machine I ever used,I have tried shop vacs,mops, everything you can imagine,I actually used this every other day,or every day if my boxerdoodle makes a mess,he is like a dust mop bringing in dirt

I would not buy it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It vacuums great and cleans the tile floors great. What I don't like is the dirt from the vacuum and the water end up in the same tank, so you end with muddy water. First you take out the wet hair and dirt to throw away (which is gross) then you empty the dirty water down your drain which still has dirt in it. I sent it back for a regular vacuum I had before.

Back Saver!

I use this on my Lifeproof hardwood, linoleum and area rugs. We have a large black lab, three cats and kids and my floors are constantly dirty. Terrible product, leaves lots of water behind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before this I was using the Hoover Floormate, which is quite heavy, and was looking forward to the CrossWave for something lighter, easier to maneuver, and that would clean wet and dry. But SO much water is left behind, it hardly cleans at all. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps several times but no improvement. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with this as our trash collection won't pick it up.

I have a large black lab, three cats, kids and a grandbaby. Life is messy. The other factor was back pain from vacuuming, sweeping and mopping. This one machine solves all of those problems. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was beginning to think I was the most inept person in the world. I have never been able to get my CrossWave Pet Pro to work properly. Leaves muddy water on the floor. I've cleaned the brush and the dirty water compartment. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before making this purchase. Bissell, you actually need to add a "zero star" option for this one. Warranty is out now, so oh well, duped again by a product advertisement that seems too ...

Motor failed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product did not last very long . Used it about 50 times and the motor burned out. There was hair wrapped deep inside the mechanism that holds the brush which ended up making it hard to turn freely causing the motor to fail. The purpose of the cleaner for me was to clean a hardwood floors with pets and should be able to handle some hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I'd try this as a time saver for cleaning my ever-dirty floors. Hardwood and tile show every tracked foot and paw print. Tried it first on my white kitchen tile and right away saw the difference. Rather than sweeping or vacuuming then mopping I went over the floor once and had to send pictures to my friends. Because of recent rain the floor was quite dirty & muddy. The only downsides to me was figuring out the roller-cleaning process ...

You are better off with a vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that buying a Bissell product would mean I would have an excellent product, but I was wrong. It leaves water streaks on the floor when I am running it and puddles when I stop the machine. It is a waste of money and time. I am further ahead to vacuum the floor with my trusty ORECK upright vacuum and then finish with a mop and spin bucket. I thought my back would be more comfortable with the Crosswave, but no such luck.

Works great and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mine arrived quickly and cleans really well. I was surprised it dries so quickly and I save hours cleaning each week. If you are still struggling with a vacuum and mop bucket I highly suggest getting one and seeing for yourself how much time you could save. The cleaning solution also smells great! I would love a Bissell cleaner that is environmentally friendly!

Leaves streaks everywhere

Saves time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have concrete floors and this machine does a great job cleaning them and saves so much time versus the traditional mop and bucket. With this machine I feel more at ease knowing I'm not pushing around dirty mop water and purchase the pet pro because my daughter and I tend to shed hair and it's nice that it has the inside catcher. The only cons I can think of is it's pretty loud and time consuming cleaning it out afterwards but that's not a pro...

I would definitely buy this product again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tile and wood flooring. This is perfect for us with multiple pets and large boots tracking in dirt... It makes life so much easier to get up dirt and clean flooring all at one time. I absolutely love it!

Frustrating, loaded cuss words, sweat off my brow...

Years ago I purchased a Bissell similar to this machine. now I'm way passed 70 and this machine is a load of garbage like the other one. I 've tried and tried to follow the directions. Not too bad. However, this had me up all night trying to figure out how to get it to work. I have and 8 lb catahoula dog which is in her twilight time. Pees in house if I don't watch her. I would buy crossways mop that again with no problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love to buy this again the only downside for me is removing the dog hair from the dirty tank, we have 4 small dogs and 2 larger dogs and this works great for me. I have vinyl flooring works great, I do use my bissell vacuum first to pick up most of what the dogs bring in. Then go over it with my cross wave. I highly recommend this if you have dogs like I said I have vinyl so it may be different but I do love Bissell products.

Left streaks all over my hard wood floor I got this to make things easier but I will Just continue with a regular old mop it swiffer SAVE YOUR MONEY
