LG Stacked Tower is Fantastic

I was a little skeptical about purchasing this appliance as my experience with LG in the past hasn't been great. A friend of mine purchased it and she swears by it, So I took a chance. My first impressions were the tower is well constructed, appears to be robust and is laid out well. I've probably done about 8 loads of laundry through it and love its efficiency. It's quiet, it's and is very compact. I'd recommend this to anyone.

LG doesnt care about customers

Extremely frustrated with this. I purchased in December 2023, and by June 2025, I couldn't complete a wash cycle without getting a vibration error code, or an unstable load error code. I reached out to LG to see what could be done to repair it. They told me its out of warranty, and they dont offer repair services in my area. "You can find a service center that will fix it yourself"

I bought this piece of garbage 3 years ago, and within months of owning it, it kicked an I.E. code and would fill my washer full of water with nowhere to drain. With multiple reports to LG, and no reply back after years, and 6+ technicians being called I am at my wits end. LG is a lousy company, and I no longer will shop with Lowe’s since they have been no help either.

Expected more for the 2k

Only a few cycles available on the control panel. Only one specialized cycle can be downloaded to the machine, the rest have to be initiated from the app. Temp, spin and soil have 5 customizable levels which is nice. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to save any custom cycles after you set the preferred levels. Nice machine, but expected a more robust control panel and cycle options for the money paid.
